The device may comprise tamper-evident means (227′, 306) to provide evidence of unlocking the locking means. Additionally or alternatively, the device may be configured to be removed only by destruction such that once removed, it can no longer be reused.

摘要: A safety cap device for controlling a pressure in a radiator includes a valve seat provided with a valve receiving space in which a first communicating hole is formed. A negative pressure valve is provided movably in the first communicating hole. A seal is disposed on a receiving surface of the valve seat and disposed movably with the negative pressure valve. The seal has a second communicating hole formed at a central portion thereof. A positive pressure valve is disposed on the seal and has a third communicating hole formed at a central portion thereof. A cap covers an upper portion of the valve seat. A spring is interposed between the positive pressure valve and the cap. A fluid receiving part is in the valve seat to prevent cavitation caused when an internal fluid expands.

摘要: A dual chamber coolant reservoir having a single vent neck. The coolant reservoir is for an internal combustion engine cooling system wherein the reservoir housing includes a first chamber and a second chamber formed integral thereto. A vent neck includes an aperture for accessing the first chamber with either a two or three o-ring cap to maintain pressure within the first chamber. Means for venting the second chamber when coolant exceeds a predetermined pressure level and a means for venting the first and second chamber when said cap is moved from a closed position to an open position. An inline pressure relief valve and check valve providing pressure relief and air displacement.

摘要: The circuit includes an internal volume for receiving a cooling fluid, a stopper for selectively closing an opening giving access to the internal volume, and ensuring element that the cooling fluid can be discharged via a discharge outlet. The respective discharge and access openings to the internal volume are distinct from each other, and a flap valve, which is detachably fixed in relation to the stopper and which is moveable between respective closure and release positions of the access opening when the flap valve is disconnected from the stopper, is also provided. The flap valve exclusively moves from its closed position when the pressure prevailing inside the internal volume is lower than a predefined pressure value.

摘要: An unscrewing security device for a sealing lid which may be or is mounted on a fixed neck of a motor vehicle radiator, comprising a lid outer section with a handle element, locking elements which may be locked to a counter locking element on the neck and a lid inner piece comprising a valve arrangement preferably embodied as an over and under pressure combination, whereby a turning lock acts between the lid outer piece and the neck. According to the invention, such an unscrewing security device may be provided with the turning lock by application of operational data in an optimal manner, whereby the rotation lock is operated by an actuator controlled according to the operating conditions in the container or for an engine, which is mounted in a housing, itself mounted inside or outside the container in the vicinity of the lid outer piece.

摘要: A closure cap for a fixed neck of a container, especially of a motor vehicle radiator. The closure cap comprises a cap inner part provided with a flow connection between the inside of the container and the outside of the container. The cap inner part includes a valve assembly for releasing and blocking the flow connection. The valve assembly includes a valve body is able to move in a to-and-fro manner. It is pressed with a bias in a direction toward the interior of the container against a sealing seat. The valve body is biased so that it can lift from the sealing seat when a limiting value of the inner pressure of the container is surpassed. The bias can be adjusted by a drive controlled by the operation of the vehicle.

摘要: A closure cap (10) for a fixed neck of a motor vehicle radiator is provided with a cap outer part (12), which comprises a closure element (17) that can be joined to the reservoir neck, and comprises a grip element (13) that is held in a manner that permits it to he twisted in relation to the closure element. A torsional stop (20) is provided between said closure element and grip element. The aim of the invention is to provide a closure cap of the aforementioned type with safety-relevant functions of the torsional stop and of the reduction of excess pressure in a structurally simple manner whereby permitting them to be exactly adapted to one another. To this end, an actuator (15) that can be expanded when subjected to heat is provided both for axially engaging and disengaging the coupling insert (46) of the torsional stop (20) as well as for adjusting the pretension with which the valve body (22) of the valve arrangement (11) is pressed against the sealing seat (21).
