    摘要: A compressor system including a gas and a lubricant inlet. The compressor compresses a gas and discharges a mixed flow of compressed gas and lubricant. A valve housing includes a hot and a cooled lubricant inlet, and a lubricant outlet connected to the hot and cooled lubricant inlets. A sleeve is disposed within the valve housing and is movable between a first and a second position. The sleeve defines a mixing chamber and includes a first aperture with the hot lubricant inlet and a second aperture with the cooled lubricant inlet. The hot and cooled lubricant mix in the mixing chamber are directed to the lubricant inlet of the compressor. A thermal element is positioned to sense a temperature and moves the sleeve in response. The movement of the sleeve varys the amount of hot lubricant admitted through the first aperture and varys the amount of cooled lubricant admitted through the second aperture to control a lubricant temperature.

    摘要: A hydraulic machine includes a support structure and a rotating group rotatably mounted relative to the support structure. The rotating group includes a shaft and a cylinder barrel with a plurality of circumferentially spaced cylinder bores. Reciprocal pistons extend from the shaft with each one of the pistons extending into an associated one of the cylinder bores. A joining assembly joins the shaft and the cylinder barrel so that the shaft and the cylinder barrel rotate together. The hydraulic machine further includes at least one oil dam associated with the rotating group and adapted to trap hydraulic fluid used for lubricating portions of the joining assembly.

    摘要: An air compressor that employs splash lubrication to lubricate and cool a piston kit that includes a cylinder and a piston reciprocating in the cylinder. In one form, cooling channels can be coupled to or formed on the cylinder to direct the lubricant that is splashed onto the cylinder to drain in a desired manner, such as helically around the exterior of the cylinder, to more effectively cool the piston kit. In another form, the cylinder can include an annular flange that can be bigger in diameter than a remainder of the cylinder. The annular flange can be received into a counterbore in a cylinder block. A cylinder head, which can be fastened to the cylinder block, can apply a clamping force to the annular flange to clamp or fix the cylinder to cylinder.

The subject compressor can be part of a vapor compression cycle system, and can use one or more of a variety of working fluids, including, but not limited to, refrigerants such as r-134a, r-22, CO2, and NH3. In a specific embodiment, the compressor can incorporate an oil-lubricated rotary lobed type positive displacement compressor. In a further specific embodiment, the working fluid can be a refrigerant, such as r-134a, incorporating entrained oil, such as miscible lubricating oils. An example of such a miscible lubricating oil that can be used is polyester (POE) oil.

    摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic device with a supply line for pressurized hydraulic fluid and with a lubricating pump that is connected to the supply line in a fluidic fashion. The lubricating pump comprises a hydraulic inlet, a pump element for conveying a lubricant from a reservoir to at least one lubricating point of the hydraulic device, and mechanism for producing a pump stroke of the pump element. The mechanism for producing a pump stroke comprises a base body, a piston unit movable in the base body, and a reversing mechanism for reversing the direction of movement of at least one element of the piston unit. The reversing mechanism comprises at least one bypass formed by at least one recess, and at least one elastic element acting upon the piston unit in a first direction oriented toward the hydraulic inlet whereby the piston unit can be displaced in the base body in an oscillating fashion between a closed position in which a fluid connection between the hydraulic inlet and the hydraulic outlet is blocked, and an open position in which said fluid connection is unblocked in order to produce a pump stroke of the pump element.
