摘要: The present invention discloses a flue gas low-temperature adsorption denitrification method, including: pressurizing a flue gas that has been subjected to dust removal and desulfurization, precooling the pressurized flue gas, cooling the precooled flue gas to a temperature lower than room temperature by a flue gas cooling system, flowing the flue gas at the temperature lower than room temperature into a low-temperature denitrification system, performing physical adsorption denitrification in the low-temperature denitrification system, precooling the flue gas that has been subjected to dust removal and desulfurization with the denitrificated flue gas, and flowing the heat-absorbed clean flue gas into a chimney to be discharged.

摘要: A method and system for closed-circuit combined unit respiration, is disclosed. More specifically, an enriched air, multi-use closed-circuit self-contained breathing apparatus for on-demand transition between a powered air purifying respirator (PAPR) mode and a closed-circuit rebreather mode, is disclosed. The system may comprise a carbon dioxide scrubbing canister configured to receive an exhaled gas and scrub carbon dioxide from the exhaled gas when in a closed-circuit mode. A breathing bag may receive the scrubbed gas when in the closed-circuit mode. The scrubbed gas may be infused with oxygen, resulting in an enriched gas when in the closed-circuit mode. A cooler comprising a plurality of heatsink fins may cool the enriched gas and a breathing hose may transmit the enriched gas for inhalation when in the closed-circuit mode. The system may further comprise a PAPR to intake and filter external air for inhalation when in the PAPR mode.

摘要: The invention concerns a method to check a roasting system (10), said system comprising: —at least one roasting apparatus (2), —at least one smoke treating unit (3), said smoke treating unit comprising at least one removable filtering device (221, 222, 223), —a smoke driver (23) configured to drive smoke from the roasting apparatus (2) to said at least one filtering device, wherein the at least one smoke treating unit (3) comprises at least one downstream pressure sensor (24), wherein the method comprises the steps of: —operating at least the smoke driver (23) to drive gas through the smoke filtering unit, —measuring the pressure P at the pressure sensor downstream the removable filtering device, —calculating the drop of pressure ΔP=P−Pref compared to a pressure of reference Pref, —comparing said drop of pressure ΔP to a predetermined threshold ΔP0 corresponding to the presence of said at least one removable filtering device upstream the pressure sensor, —if said drop of pressure ΔP is inferior to said predetermined threshold ΔP0, then displaying an alarm.

The hydrocarbon adsorbent may be used for a method for adsorbing hydrocarbons to be exposed to a high temperature/high humidity environment, and may be used particularly for a method for adsorbing hydrocarbons in an exhaust gas of an internal combustion engine, such as an automobile exhaust gas.

摘要: A capture vessel is provided that is configured to capture carbon dioxide (CO2) according to a thermal swing adsorption (TSA) process. The capture vessel includes capture media that are configured to adsorb CO2 from an exhaust gas during a CO2 capture stage to produce a first N2 gas that exits the capture vessel, receive a mixed stream of CO2 and water vapor during a wet regeneration stage, adsorb water from the mixed stream of CO2 and water vapor and release adsorbed CO2 during the wet regeneration stage to produce a CO2 stream, receive a first heated N2 gas and release adsorbed water due to evaporation caused by the first heated N2 gas during a drying stage, and receive a cooled gas during a cooling stage such that an absorption capacity of the capture media for CO2 capture is increased for a next CO2 capture stage.

摘要: According to an example aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of selectively catalytically reducing dinitrogen oxide present in a gaseous sample, comprising: providing a catalyst capable of reducing dinitrogen oxide; bringing the gaseous sample into contact with the catalyst to reduce dinitrogen oxide in the gaseous sample in the presence of the catalyst; wherein as a result of the reduction step, the gaseous sample is adapted for determination of the amount of an isotopic form of CO2 in the gaseous sample.

摘要: An odor filtering lid assembly includes a lid that is positionable on a cooking pot and that has female threads which are integrated into a perimeter of the lid. A first disk has a plurality of first air holes each extending through the first disk to pass air through the first disk. The first disk has male threads integrated into the first disk which threadably engaging the female threads in the lid for removably attaching the first disk to the lid. An air filter is positioned against the first disk to filter odors from air passing through the air filter. A second disk has a plurality of second air holes each extending through the second disk to pass air through the second disk. The second disk is positionable against the first disk such that the air filter is positioned between the first disk and the second disk.

摘要: A product for adsorbing one or more heavy metals from a liquid is disclosed. The product may comprise attapulgite that has been surface functionalized with a surface coating agent that includes one or more mercury affinity functional groups that chemically bond to the attapulgite surface, wherein the weight percentage of components of the product includes: 91-99 wt. % attapulgite and 1-9 wt. % surface coating agent that includes the one or more mercury affinity functional groups. The product has a surface area in the range of 115-145 m2/g as measured using the BET method. The heavy metal includes mercury and/or lead. Also disclosed is a method of producing the product and a method of adsorbing at least one heavy metal in a liquid using the product.
