The construction machine includes: a first pump and a second pump; an engine which provides available torque to the first pump and the second pump; a first joystick and a second joystick which control actuators operated by a working fluid discharged from the first pump and the second pump; a joystick operation amount acquiring unit which acquires operation amounts of the first joystick and the second joystick; and a control unit which adjusts a torque distribution ratio with respect to the first pump and the second pump in accordance with the operation amounts of the first joystick and the second joystick when a sum of required torque of the first pump and required torque of the second pump is higher than the available torque.

At least one hydraulic component receives hydraulic flow exclusively from a designated one of the hydraulic pumps and at least another, different hydraulic component receives shared hydraulic flow from a flow sharing set of the hydraulic pumps.

摘要: It is an object of the present invention to accurately detect the absorption torque of the other of two hydraulic pumps by a purely hydraulic structure and feed the absorption torque to one of the two hydraulic pumps, thereby to accurately perform a total torque control, effectively utilize a rated output torque of a prime mover, and enhance mountability. To achieve the object, there are provided: a torque feedback circuit 31 to which the delivery pressure of a first hydraulic pump 1a and a load sensing drive pressure are introduced, which modifies the delivery pressure of a second hydraulic pump 1b to provide a characteristic simulating the absorption torque of the second hydraulic pump 1b, and which outputs the modified pressure; and torque feedback pistons 32a, 32b to which the output pressure of the torque feedback circuit 31 is introduced, and which control the capacity of the first hydraulic pump 1a to decrease the capacity of the first hydraulic pump 1a and decrease a maximum torque T1max as the output pressure becomes higher. The torque feedback circuit 31 includes pressure dividing restrictor parts 34a, 34b, pressure dividing valves 35a, 35b, and relief valves 37a, 37b.

摘要: In a hydraulic drive system, hydraulic oil discharged from an actuator pump is supplied to an actuator via an actuator drive circuit. In the hydraulic drive system, the hydraulic oil discharged from a fan pump is supplied to a cooling fan motor via a fan drive circuit, and the cooling fan motor rotates a cooling fan at a rotational speed corresponding to the flow rate of the hydraulic oil supplied to the cooling fan motor. A merge circuit connects the actuator drive circuit and the fan drive circuit to each other to cause the hydraulic oil flowing through the actuator drive circuit to merge into the hydraulic oil flowing through the fan drive circuit. When the merge condition is satisfied, the controller controls the merge circuit to connect the actuator drive circuit and the fan drive circuit to each other.
