    摘要: A mobile terminal and a method for achieving cloud streaming medium file sharing based on DLNA are disclosed. The method includes when a DLNA sharing request is received from a user by a mobile terminal in the process of playing a cloud streaming medium file, acquiring from the cloud and caching a content clip of the streaming medium file by the mobile terminal according to the DLNA sharing request; searching for DLNA apparatuses in an LAN where the mobile terminal is located according to a DLNA protocol; and transmitting the cached content clip of the streaming medium file to one of the DLNA apparatuses that is chosen by the user from the searching result, and controlling the DLNA apparatus to play the content clip of the streaming medium file. The present disclosure allows to share the cloud streaming medium file with the DLNA apparatus via the mobile terminal.

    摘要: Various arrangements for providing interactive content to viewers of television programming are presented. A television service provider system may supplement broadcast television programming with a supplemental audio signal. The supplemental audio signal may not part of the broadcast television programming as received by the television service provider system from a content provider. The television service provider system may broadcast a data stream comprising the broadcast television programming and the supplemental audio signal via a television programming distribution network. A television receiver may receive the data stream and output the broadcast television programming and the supplemental audio signal. A viewer's mobile device may detect the supplemental audio signal using an on-board microphone of the mobile device. In response to the received supplemental audio signal, the mobile device may access interactive content and provide such interactive content to the viewer.

    摘要: A method renders frames while processing workload slices at a rate defined by a first slice-to-frame ratio. The first slice to frame ratio defines a first rate at which the workload slices are assigned to the frames. The method determines whether to adjust the first slice-to-frame ratio based on the rendering of the frames and the processing of the workload slices. When it is determined that the first slice-to-frame should be adjusted, the method adjusts the first slice-to-frame ratio to a second slice-to-frame ratio and renders upcoming frames while processing upcoming workload slices at a second rate defined by the second slice-to-frame ratio. When it is determined that the first slice-to-frame should not be adjusted, the method renders upcoming frames while processing upcoming workload slices at the first rate defined by the first slice-to-frame ratio.

    摘要: A method delivers content in content delivery networks that include an upstream content delivery network and a downstream content delivery network comprising at least two content delivery entities. The upstream and downstream content delivery networks are connected to each other. A user equipment is connected to the downstream content delivery network. The method includes requesting a content stream by the user equipment, providing the content stream by the upstream content delivery network, redirecting the content stream to a content delivery entity, and providing the content stream to the user equipment. Network information of the downstream content delivery network and/or user equipment information are determined. Probabilities for the content delivery entities are determined for optimized content stream performance. The user equipment is connected to the content delivery entity having the highest probability. The content stream is redirected to the content delivery entity and delivered to the user equipment.
