    摘要: A steering and suspension assembly for the rear wheels of an off-road vehicle includes: a) a first suspension component; b) a first steering component; c) a CV axle; d) a portal box assembly; e) a hydraulic steering assembly for moving the first steering component a distance effective to turn the vehicle at least 2° in either direction when the assembly is mounted to a wheel hub; f) a first suspension connection bracket for connecting the first suspension component to the rear wall of the portal box assembly; and g) a first steering connection bracket for connecting the first steering component to the rear wall of the portal box assembly. The portal box assembly includes: i) a housing having a rear wall, a front wall, and a side wall, wherein the rear wall includes a vehicle axle opening effective to receive the end of said CV axle, and wherein the front wall includes an output shaft opening effective to allow an output shaft to extend outward from the housing; ii) a linking mechanism housed in the housing and effective for linking a CV axle received in the vehicle axle opening to an output shaft; and iii) an output shaft operably connectable via the linking mechanism to the CV axle, and effective to rotate upon rotation of the stock axle.

The valve controls flow of fluid supplied from the pump to the actuator based on an amount the operation member is operated. The sensing unit senses a corresponding value corresponding to a steering angular velocity changed based on the flow of fluid. The notification component notifies that the corresponding value has reached a threshold value preset based on an upper limit of the steering angular velocity. The controller causes the notification component to perform a notification when it is detected that the corresponding value has reached the threshold value.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a steering system and an independent suspension wheel-type heavy vehicle. The steering system comprises a steering mechanism for providing a steering force to wheels and a steering hydraulic assisting system for providing a steering assisting force overcoming a steering resistance moment from the ground to the wheels. According to the invention, by providing the steering mechanism for providing a steering force to wheels and by providing the steering hydraulic assisting system for providing a steering assisting force overcoming a steering resistance moment from the ground to the wheels, the steering resistance moment from the ground can be effectively overcome, and the vehicle is offered the steering capability for various places, as compared with a steering system only depending on the torque output by a steering gear or only depending on the torque output by the steering gear and a steering assisting follower.

    摘要: An all-wheel drive vehicle with two steered vehicle axles. Each having a main steering cylinder with piston rods actively connected with the wheels. The main steering cylinders each have first and second chambers (30, 31) delimited by at least one piston element (34, 35) which moves longitudinally in the cylinder and is connected to the piston rod (28), such that adjusting pressure in the cylinder with an electric control unit, biases the piston elements and the piston rods to achieve specified wheel steering angles. Furthermore, a third chamber (32), which can be pressurized, is provided between a first and a second piston element (34, 35) of a main steering cylinder (26), which respectively delimit the first and second chamber (30, 31). The piston rods are sectioned, such that a first section is connected to the first piston element and a second section is connected to the second piston element.

    摘要: A steering system for an articulated vehicle having both steerable axle or wagon-wheel and articulation steering. A steering system is provided which is responsive to the position and rate of change of position of the articulated body portions with respect to each other, the position and rate of change of position of the steerable axle with respect to the body portion on which it is mounted, and operator steering direction input and the rate of change of that input, so as to provide transitions between the two types of steering which enhances operation of the vehicle. The steering system is also responsive to operator inputs as to the function for which the vehicle is being employed. The system also has the ability to dynamically adapt to the vehicle conditions, such as for adjusting transition between steering modes based upon past perfomance.
