    摘要: A cylindrical battery comprises an electrode body in which a positive electrode and a negative electrode are wound with a separator therebetween, a bottomed cylindrical external can which accommodates the electrode body, and a sealing body which seals an opening of the external can. A bottom part of the external can has a reverse part which has a raised shape such that the reverse part protrudes toward the electrode body in the axial direction and which reverses when the pressure inside the battery reaches a first pressure. The sealing body has a sealing plate which releases gas that is inside the battery by breaking when the pressure inside the battery reaches a second pressure that is higher than the first pressure. The sealing plate functions as a safety valve.
