Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a laminate, comprising the step of co-extruding a polycarbonate and an adhesive composition to thereby form a polycarbonate layer (A) and an adhesive layer (B) at least a part of which is laminated to the layer (A); and the step of heat-treating the polycarbonate layer (A) and the adhesive layer (B), wherein the adhesive composition satisfies the following requirements (i) to (iii): (i) comprising a polyolefin formed through a reaction between a polyolefin (a) having a group reactive with a carbodiimide group and a carbodiimide group-containing compound (b); (ii) comprising carbodiimide groups in an amount of 0.1 to 50 mmol per 100 g of adhesive composition; and (iii) having a density of 0.870 g/cm3 to 0.940 g/cm3.

Abstract: An object of the invention is to provide modified polyolefin particles which have a satisfactory amount of grafting and a sufficient molecular weight, are substantially free from gels, and exhibit excellent handleability and workability when shaped or mixed with various resins. The particles include a modified polyolefin obtained by grafting a monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated group and a polar functional group in the same molecule to a polymer including one, or two or more α-olefins selected from C2-18 α-olefins and having a melting point of not less than 50° C. and less than 250° C., the modified polyolefin particles satisfying the following requirements (1) to (3): (1) the amount of grafting x by the monomer having an ethylenically unsaturated group and a polar functional group in the same molecule is not less than 0.5 wt % and not more than 20 wt %; (2) the amount of grafting x (wt %) and the intrinsic viscosity [i](dl/g) measured in decalin at 135° C. satisfy the relation: log10[η]≧0.1−0.15x; and (3) the particles have a gel content of less than 1 wt %.

Abstract: An adhesive resin composition including a propylene polymer (A), an ethylene polymer (B), and a thermoplastic resin (C) including a copolymer containing not less than 60 mol % and not more than 99 mol % of structural units derived from 4-methyl-1-pentene, and not less than 1 mol % and not more than 40 mol % of structural units derived from a C2-C20 α-olefin other than 4-methyl-1-pentene, these structural units representing total 100 mol % of the copolymer, the thermoplastic resin (C) showing a melting point Tm of not more than 199° C. or showing substantially no melting point as analyzed with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). The total of the components (A), (B) and (C) includes 45 to 75 parts by mass of the component (A), 5 to 20 parts by mass of the component (B), and 15 to 45 parts by mass of the component (C).
