摘要: A surface-treated steel sheet for a battery container includes a steel sheet, an iron-nickel diffusion layer formed on the steel sheet, and a nickel layer formed on the iron-nickel diffusion layer and constituting the outermost layer. When the Fe intensity and the Ni intensity are continuously measured from the surface of the surface-treated steel sheet for a battery container along the depth direction with a high frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometric analyzer, the thickness of the iron-nickel diffusion layer being the difference (D2−D1) between the depth (D1) at which the Fe intensity exhibits a first predetermined value and the depth (D2) at which the Ni intensity exhibits a second predetermined value is 0.04 to 0.31 μm; and the total amount of the nickel contained in the iron-nickel diffusion layer and the nickel contained in the nickel layer is 10.8 to 26.7 g/m2.

摘要: A technology for improving molding properties while minimizing curling after molding in a battery packaging material comprising a laminate that is provided with a barrier layer, a heat-sealable resin layer positioned on one surface side of the barrier layer, and a polyester film positioned on the other surface side of the barrier layer. This battery packaging material is configured from at least a laminate provided with a barrier layer, a heat-sealable resin layer positioned on one surface side of the barrier layer, and a polyester film positioned on the other surface side of the barrier layer. The birefringence of the polyester film is in the range of 0.016-0.056.

The first end portion further contains a first surface oriented away from the first current collecting disc. On the first surface, the welding track are arranged away from a center of the first surface. The protection piece is sheathed around the housing, extends beyond the first surface, and covers the welding track. No welding track is arranged at the center of the first surface.

Aluminum alloy foil, which is for use in battery packaging material, wherein, with respect to cross section obtained by cutting aluminum alloy foil in vertical direction to rolling direction of aluminum alloy foil, which is a vertical direction to surface of aluminum alloy foil, proportion of total area of a {111} plane in total area of crystal planes of face-centered cubic structure, obtained by performing crystal analysis using EBSD method, is 10% or more; and with respect to cross section, a number average grain diameter R (μm) of crystals in face-centered cubic structure, obtained by performing crystal analysis using EBSD method, satisfies following equation: number average grain diameter R≤0.056X+2.0, where X=thickness (μm) of aluminum alloy foil.

Each of the plurality of unit cells includes an electrode layer, a counter electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer arranged between the electrode layer and the counter electrode layer. The power generation element includes a first principal, a second principal opposite to the first principal, and a side surface connecting the first principal and the second principal. The side surface includes: a first inclined surface that connects to the first principal and forms an obtuse angle with the first principal; and a second inclined surface that connects to the second principal and forms an obtuse angle with the second principal. At least one of the first inclined surface and the second inclined surface is provided across two or more of the plurality of unit cells.
