    摘要: A cooling fan includes a boss section (12) connected to a rotary drive source, a plurality of blades (13) protruding outward from the boss section in a radial direction, and a cylindrical ring member (14) configured to annularly connect the vicinities of end sections outside in the radial direction of the plurality of blades. The plurality of blades (13) protruding outward from the boss section (12) in the radial direction are connected by the cylindrical ring member (14) in the vicinity of the end section outside in the radial direction. An air inlet groove (16) is formed at an end section in an axial direction of an air suction side of the ring member (14). The air inlet groove (16) is disposed between front regions in the rotation direction of all of the blades (13) on the ring member (14) and front regions in the rotation direction of the blades (13) adjacent thereto. The air flowing from the outer circumferential side passes through the air inlet groove (16) of the ring member (14) and gradually changes a direction to be suctioned between the blades (13).

    摘要: The swinging operation of a rotary striker turns micro switches and, which detect the position of a piston, ON/OFF. The striker includes a lower-limit switch cam and an upper-limit switch cam. The cams and engage with switch bosses and that move together with the piston. When the piston is positioned at a lower-limit stop position L, the cam becomes engaged with the boss to make the striker swing in the X-direction and pushes a switch button of the switch. When the piston is positioned at an upper-limit stop position U, the cam becomes engaged with the boss to make the striker swing in the Y-direction and pushes a switch button of the switch.

The terminal attachment portions are arranged alternately in two rows so that a line segment obtained by connecting the respective centers of openings of the terminal attachment portions is a polygonal line. The openings are arranged to form the Olympic symbol. At a fore-end of each of the terminal attachment portions, slits are provided. Owing to the slits, the opening is likely to be enlarged when the rubber grommet is inserted therethrough. As a result, the placement of the rubber grommet is facilitated.

    摘要: In a vehicle windshield wiper system, a support base includes a connecting rod (9) fixedly attached to a vehicle body and extending across a width of the vehicle body, and a base member (10, 11) depending from an intermediate part of the connecting member. A wiper motor (2) attached to a lower surface of a horizontal wall portion (11) of the base member, and a crank arm (3) is attached to an output shaft of the wiper motor. The base member is formed with an opening (13) to avoid an interference with the crank arm as the crank arm undergoes the rotative movement. The opening in the support base prevents an interference with the movement of the crank arm, and this allows the crank arm and an associated link mechanism (6) to be placed opposite to a vertically intermediate part of the support base, and immediately adjacent to the support base. Therefore, the windshield wiper system can be accommodated in a readily available space (24) under the lower edge of the windshield.
