Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for channel temporal correlation estimation and MIMO mode selection. An embodiment of the invention under LTE system utilizes SRS symbols for temporal correlation estimation and performs MIMO mode selection based on the said temporal correlation estimation.
Abstract:
A heat exchanging element adapted to a fuel cell system includes a plurality of heat exchanging units and a fixing unit. The heat exchanging units are arranged to be spaced apart from one another along a first direction. The fixing unit fixes the heat exchanging units. Each of the heat exchanging units is demarcated into a first part and a second part extending from the first part by the fixing unit. A thermal conductivity coefficient of each of the heat exchanging units is higher than that of the fixing unit. The fixing unit is configured to slow heat conduction between the heat exchanging units. The heat exchanging element improves a heat recovery efficiency of the fuel cell system. In addition, two kinds of fuel cell systems using the above-mentioned heat exchanging element are provided.
Abstract:
An IGFET (40 or 42) has a channel zone (64 or 84) situated in body material (50). Short-channel threshold voltage roll-off and punchthrough are alleviated by arranging for the net dopant concentration in the channel zone to longitudinally reach a local surface minimum at a location between the IGFET's source/drain zones (60 and 62 or 80 and 82) and by arranging for the net dopant concentration in the body material to reach a local subsurface maximum more than 0.1 μm deep into the body material but not more than 0.1 μm deep into the body material. The source/drain zones (140 and 142 or 160 and 162) of a p-channel IGFET (120 or 122) are provided with graded-junction characteristics to reduce junction capacitance, thereby increasing switching speed.
Abstract:
A system may comprises an optimizer/scheduler to schedule on a set of instructions, compute a data dependence, a checking constraint and/or an anti-checking constraint for the set of scheduled instructions, and allocate alias registers for the set of scheduled instructions based on the data dependence, the checking constraint and/or the anti-checking constraint. In one embodiment, the optimizer is to release unused registers to reduce the alias registers used to protect the scheduled instructions. The optimizer is further to insert a dummy instruction after a fused instruction to break cycles in the checking and anti-checking constraints.
Abstract:
A system for preventing successful denial of service attacks comprises a first communication device, a second communication device, and a network. The first and second communication devices establish a communication session via the network. Based on various information, such as a pre-shared secret, one of the communication devices determines a network access filter value and compares this value to at least one data frame in order to authenticate such data frame without committing significant computing resource and any memory space. By updating the network access filter over time, an unauthorized user who discovers the outdated network access filter values is prevented from successfully launching a denial of service attack.
Abstract:
A flow channel plate adapted to a fuel cell apparatus is provided. The flow channel plate includes a separating film and a plurality of bar supporting members. The separating film is disposed between two components of the fuel cell apparatus, and the bar supporting members lean against the separating film and the two components to maintain a distance between the two components. The flow channel plate has low flow resistance.
Abstract:
An electronic device includes a main body, an electronic assembly and an ejecting mechanism. The main body is formed with a retaining space, and the electronic assembly is retained in the retaining space of the main body. The ejecting mechanism includes an operating member that has a main portion and a connecting portion disposed on the main portion. The operating member is rotatable on the connecting portion and is disposed in the main body while the lifting section is disposed between the main body and the electronic assembly. The operating section is operable to drive the lifting section to push the electronic assembly out of the retaining space.
