Abstract:
The invention provides a multi-band antenna assembly comprising a connection conductor, a first resonant element, a second resonant element, and a parasitic resonant element. The first resonant element and the second resonant element are electrically connected with the connection conductor respectively. The parasitic resonant element and a grounding part of the connection conductor are grounded. The parasitic resonant element is disposed substantially parallel to the first resonant element, and therein a length of the parasitic resonant element is 15.2 mm˜25.2 mm. The multi-band antenna assembly can provide a working band containing GSM850/GSM900/DCS/PSC/UMTS, even 2.4 GHz or GPS.
Abstract:
Technologies for a transistor with a ferroelectric gate dielectric are disclosed. In the illustrative embodiment, a transistor has a ferroelectric gate dielectric that is lattice matched to the channel of the transistor. In one embodiment, the ferroelectric polarization changes when voltage is applied and removed from a gate electrode, facilitating switching of the transistor at a lower applied voltage. In another embodiment, the ferroelectric polarization of a gate dielectric of a transistor changes when the voltage is past a positive threshold value or a negative threshold value. Such a transistor can be used as a one transistor memory cell.

A glass screen film applicator includes a carrier, a positioning member integrally formed as a one-piece structure, and a clamping mechanism fastened to the carrier. The carrier includes a mounting slot and an accommodating trough, and the accommodating trough includes a rail hole recessed in a bottom thereof. The positioning member includes an L-shaped structure and a plurality of positioning pillars extending from the L-shaped structure, and the L-shaped structure has a positioning corner arranged on an inner side thereof. The clamping mechanism includes a holder and a moving unit. The holder and the positioning corner respectively clamp two diagonal corners of a mobile device by the moving unit, and the positioning pillars allow the glass screen film structure to be disposed on and aligned with the mobile device.

A monopole antenna coupled to a metallic ground plane includes apertures used to steer a radio frequency (RF) beam of the monopole. The apertures may have a length, width, and distance from the monopole based on the wavelength of the RF signal used to drive the monopole antenna. The aperture may be coupled to one or more selective devices, such as PIN diodes, which may short portions of a metallic ground plane near the aperture. The shorted portions of the metallic ground plane provide for steering of the monopole radiation pattern. A circuit board metallic ground plane may include multiple apertures to direct different RF signal frequencies from a single monopole antenna. Multiple monopole antennas may be implemented over a metallic ground plane within a wireless device, each monopole antenna with corresponding apertures.

A passive stylus includes a conductive body and a power supply. The conductive body has portions defining a receiving chamber therein. One end of the conductive body has a touch-control portion disposed thereon. The power supply includes a battery unit disposing in the receiving chamber of the conductive body. One power connector is electrically connected to the battery unit. When one electronic device is connected to the power connector, the battery unit electrically charges the electronic device.

The tubular casing has a receiving compartment and a first guiding hole communicating to the receiving compartment. The positioning portion is protruded from an outer surface of the tubular casing and the positioning portion is inserted into the connection port of the electronic device. The portable supporting member can be used to support the electronic device in a portrait orientation or a landscape orientation.
