Abstract: Apparatus to interface with a corrugated profile are disclosed. An example apparatus for use with a fluid regulator includes an elastomeric ring having a corrugated profile that corresponds to a corrugated profile of a diaphragm of the fluid regulator. The elastomeric ring is to be positioned between a valve body and a bonnet of the fluid regulator to clamp the diaphragm between the valve body and the bonnet. The example apparatus includes a metallic ring positioned between the valve body and the bonnet to contact the elastomeric ring to support the elastomeric ring.

Abstract: A fluid regulating device includes a valve having an inlet and an outlet and an actuator coupled to the valve and having a control assembly. The control assembly includes a control element and a diaphragm operably connected to the control element, the control element disposed within the valve and adapted to be displaced relative to a valve seat. A noise attenuation assembly is coupled to the outlet of the valve and includes a cylindrical body and at least one plate disposed in the cylindrical body, the at least one plate having an outer edge. An apparatus for retaining the noise attenuation assembly includes a plurality of rods coupled to the at least one plate. The plurality of rods includes at least one rod having a first end disposed through the outer edge of the at least one plate to support the noise attenuation assembly.

Abstract: A balanced farm tap regulator includes a valve housing having a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet connected by a fluid passageway. A valve seat is disposed in the fluid passageway. A removable balanced plug assembly includes a valve stem having a stem balanced fluid passage, a disk that cooperates with a valve seat to control fluid flow, and a stem guide that is removably attached to the valve housing. The disk includes a disk balanced fluid passage that is fluidly connected with the stem balanced fluid passage. The stem guide is removably attached to the valve housing, the stem guide including an inwardly extending guide flange and an externally extending guide flange. The inwardly extending guide flange cooperates with the valve stem to form a balance chamber, and the stem balanced fluid passage is fluidly connected to the balance chamber and to the disk balanced fluid passage.

Abstract: A control member for use in a fluid control device is disclosed. The control member may include a through-bore for receiving a valve stem and one or more counter-bores aligned with the through-bore. One of the counter-bores may receive a connection member, such as a retaining nut, for connecting the control member to the valve stem. Accordingly, the connection member may be concealed within the control member and thus prevented from interfering with the fluid flow around the control member. Also disclosed is a fluid control device incorporating the control member and a method of assembling a fluid control device incorporating the control member.
