摘要: A method for printing a three-dimensional part with an additive manufacturing system, which includes providing a part material that compositionally has one or more semi-crystalline polymers and one or more secondary materials that are configured to retard crystallization of the one or more semi-crystalline polymers, where the one or more secondary materials are substantially miscible with the one or more semi-crystalline polymers. The method also includes melting the part material in the additive manufacturing system, forming at least a portion of a layer of the three-dimensional part from the melted part material in a build environment, and maintaining the build environment at an annealing temperature that is between a glass transition temperature of the part material and a cold crystallization temperature of the part material.

摘要: A method for manufacturing includes applying patterned electromagnetic energy to each of a sequence of layers of a dry film comprising a photosensitive material so as to create in the photosensitive material in each of the layers a respective two-dimensional (2D) pattern corresponding to a slice of a predefined three-dimensional (3D) structure. The layers in the sequence in which the respective 2D pattern has been created are laminated together to produce a multi-layer stack. The multi-layer stack is developed so as to remove the photosensitive material in which the 2D pattern has not been created, thereby forming the 3D structure.

摘要: A method of producing functionalized graphene oxide includes mixing graphene oxide with a reactive monomer containing at least one epoxy functional group and a secondary functional group that is selected from vinyl, acrylate, methacrylate, and epoxy to form a mixture, adding an activation agent, heating and stirring the mixture, cooling the mixture, separating the particles from the mixture, and drying the particles to produce functionalized graphene oxide. A method of manufacturing a cured polymer resin using functionalized graphene oxide includes mixing functionalized graphene oxide with a resin precursor to produce a functionalized graphene mixture, wherein the particles contain functional groups nearly identical to, or identical to, a polymer precursor material, adding a curing initiator to the functionalized graphene mixture and mixing to produce a formulation, depositing the formulation into a desired shape, and curing the formulation to form a polymer having functionalized graphene oxide groups in a base polymer material.

摘要: A method of producing a cryogel-based multicompartment 3D scaffold is herein disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: a) providing a first frozen polymeric layer on a refrigerated support kept at subzero temperature; b) providing subsequent polymeric layers to obtain a stack of polymeric layers by possibly modulating the subzero temperature of the refrigerated support; c) optionally incubating the final polymeric structure at subzero temperature; and d) placing the produced cryogel at a temperature above 0° C., wherein each subsequent layer i) is deposited on the previous one after freezing of this latter; ii) is deposited on the previous one before the complete polymerization of this latter; and iii) is deposited with a temperature higher than the freezing temperature of the previously deposited layer. Cryogel scaffolds obtained from said method are also disclosed.
