Abstract:
An electric driver includes a hook portion which is constituted by a hook-like portion and a connecting portion for connecting the hook-like portion to the handle. The hook-like portion is constituted by a base portion connected to the connecting portion and a bent portion continuous to the base portion and a front end portion continuous to the bent portion and arranged at a position substantially opposed to the base portion and can be deformed. The front end portion and the base portion can be proximate to and remote from each other. The connecting portion holds the hook-like portion in a state of being hung down in a direction substantially the same as a direction of extending the handle. The hook-like portion is held centering on a first rotating axis center extended in the direction of hanging down the hook-like portion pivotably relative to the handle.
Abstract:
An image forming apparatus includes an apparatus main body and a display unit that is removable from the apparatus main body. A positional relationship between the display unit and the apparatus main body and a direction are detected by a detecting portion. Based on results of the detection and apparatus conditions, content to be displayed on a displaying portion of the display unit is determined.
Abstract:
In setting, by using a format, a non-display region in image data obtained by an image reading unit, a format location information input unit writes in the image data, an image representing information on access to a format storage unit in an external apparatus where a format to be used has been stored. In displaying the image data, a format location information extraction unit extracts the format location information by extracting the image from the image data. A format obtaining unit obtains the format by accessing the format storage unit based on the information. An image modification unit uses the obtained format to modify the image data such that the designated region is displayed in an invisible manner.
Abstract:
A data processing apparatus includes a receiver which receives data transmitted from a terminal, a processor which processes the data received by the receiver, and a transmitter which transmits contents processed by the processor to the terminal.
Abstract:
In order to provide a user interface device that can realize a superior user interface during selection of a one-touch area for settings information new registration, update registration or retrieval operations, a user interface device is provided that includes a display that displays screens containing various types of information and switches and displays in an alternating fashion multiple selection screens in which multiple options are shown at predetermined positions, such apparatus further having a position designating unit that designates a position of an option as well as a display controller that performs-control such that the option located at the position designated by the position designating unit in each of the multiple selection screens is displayed on the display.
Abstract:
An insulated wire having excellent fabricability causing no cracking in the film even after severe winding or rolling fabrication and also having heat resistance comparable to that of polyamideimide is disclosed, in which a first insulation layer of a thermosetting resin composition having a Tg of 250° C. or higher is formed on a conductor, on which a second insulation layer formed of a mixture of a thermosetting resin composition having a Tg of 250° C. or higher and a thermoplastic resin composition having a Tg of 140° C. or higher is formed, and in which the adhesion of the insulation film to the conductor is 30 g/mm or more, and the elongation at break of the insulation film is 40% or more, with the mixing ratio of the thermoplastic resin in the second insulation layer being from 30 to 70% by weight and the ratio T1/T2 of the thickness T1 of the first insulation layer to the thickness T2 of the second insulation layer being within a range of 5/95 to 40/60, and a residual amount of the solvent in an insulation film is 0.05% by weight or less of the total amount of the insulation film in a preferred embodiment.
Abstract:
An image forming apparatus automatically identifying top and bottom of document image based on characteristics with regard to shapes or positions of data, etc. recorded on document. Distribution states of pixel cumulative values in main scanning direction and sub scanning direction of image signals provided by scanning the document, are analyzed and top and bottom of the document image is identified from the result of analysis. Further, it is possible to identify the top and bottom of the document image by analyzing the distribution states the pixel cumulative values in the main scanning direction and the sub scanning direction of the image signals and identifying letter series regions and line segment regions displaced therefrom. In addition thereto, it is possible to automatically identify the top and bottom of the document image based on distribution states in the main scanning direction and the sub scanning direction of specific signs included in the image signals provided by scanning the document or distribution states of pixel cumulative values of specific image regions including the specific signs.

Abstract:
A method of forming a seat for a fixture for attaching a window to a vehicle in one piece by forming a cavity between a shaping mold and the window and injecting a resinous material for forming the seat into the cavity, wherein a recess is formed at a side surface of the resin molding die; a window is placed on the mold so as to arrange the recess at a position corresponding to an inner peripheral region which is apart by a predetermined distance from the edge of the window thereby forming the cavity in association with the recess and the surface of the window; and the resinous material is injected into the cavity, followed by curing the resinous material, whereby the seat is formed in one piece on the window at the position inside by a predetermined distance from the edge of the window.
Abstract:
It is an object of the present invention to provide such a weather strip that a noise is prevented from being caused as a window pane is moved up and down in contact with the strip. The weather strip 9 according to the present invention includes a base portion 11, a seal lip 12, and a seal portion 14 having an internal opening 13. The pane contact part 20 of the seal portion 14 is made larger in thickness than the pane non-contact part 21 thereof. The pane contact part 20 is bent at the bent portion 20a thereof. The surface R of the bent portion 20a, with which the window pane 8 comes into contact, is a curved surface nearly unchanged in radius of curvature. The strip 9 has a first groove 22 inside a first bend point 18, and a second groove 23 inside a second bend point 19. The second groove 23 is larger in depth but smaller in width than the first groove 22. When the window pane 8 is moved up and down in contact with the weather strip 9, the pane contact part 20 of the seal portion 14 is hardly deformed but swung up and down about the second bend point 19. The pane contact surface R of the bent portion 20a is so curved that the area of contact thereof with the pane 8 is nearly unchanged despite the vertical movement thereof.
