Abstract:
The present invention relates to an L-arginine producing mutant strain, and a method for fabricating the same. In particular, the present invention relates to a polynucleotide comprising an argD2 gene (Ncgl2355) that is a putative gene of acetylornithine aminotransferase involved in arginine biosynthesis of Corynebacterium glutamicum, a polypeptide encoded by the polynucleotide, a recombinant vector comprising the polynucleotide, a transformant capable of producing L-arginine in a high yield, which is prepared by introducing the recombinant vector into an L-arginine producing host microorganism to overexpress the argD2 gene, and a method for producing L-arginine by culturing the transformant. The transformant of the present invention overexpresses the argD2 gene to produce L-arginine in a high yield, thereby being used in medicinal and pharmaceutical industries.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for a method for suspending content transmission/reception, including: transmitting, if content reception within a certain channel needs to be suspended, an error notification message to a server, wherein the error notification message includes a first element indicating that the content reception is suspended, and a second element indicating a name, an attribute, or a value of a message found to be an error; transmitting a channel suspend request message to the server, wherein the channel suspend request message includes a third element for specifying an ID for the certain channel; and receiving a channel suspend response message from the server, wherein the channel suspend response message includes a fourth element containing IDs and status values for the channels requested for the transmission suspension.
Abstract:
A method for forming a metal oxide thin film pattern using nanoimprinting according to one embodiment of the present invention includes: coating a photosensitive metal-organic material precursor solution on a substrate; pressurizing the photosensitive metal-organic material precursor coating layer to a mold patterned to have a protrusion and depression structure; forming the metal oxide thin film pattern by irradiating ultraviolet rays to the pressurized photosensitive metal-organic material precursor coating layer to cure it; and removing the patterned mold from the metal oxide thin film pattern.
Abstract:
An apparatus and method for providing a location information service using a mobile code in a Mobile Station (MS). The method includes scanning, by an input device of the MS, a mobile code; analyzing identifier information of the scanned mobile code; determining whether the identifier information corresponds to other information stored in the MS; if the identifier information corresponds to other information stored in the MS, acquiring location information, to be matched on a first cyber map in the MS, corresponding to the identifier information; matching the acquired location information on the first cyber map and displaying the matched first cyber map on an output device of the MS; and calculating a moving distance and a path using at least one location corresponding to the acquired location information.
Abstract:
A method and apparatus for managing an advertisement application in a mobile advertising system is provided. When an advertisement application for representing an advertisement is installed in an advertisement-receiving terminal, a registration request for the installed advertisement application is made. The advertisement-receiving terminal assigns an application Identifier (ID) to the advertisement application in response to the registration request, and stores a profile of the advertisement application in association with the assigned application ID.
Abstract:
Disclosed herein are a microorganism producing L-arginine and a method of producing L-arginine using the same. The microorganism is a mutant strain of the genus Corynebacterium, Corynebacterium glutamicum CJR0500. The method for L-arginine production comprises activating the mutant strain C. glutamicum CJR0500 in a fermentation medium at 30° C. for 16 hours and then culturing the activated mutant strain for 72 hours with shaking.
Abstract:
A PoC system, method, user equipment and server used for managing one or more media types supported in a PoC session opened between a PoC server and one or more PoC clients is provided. When at least one PoC client is engaged in a Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) Push-to-talk (PPT) over Cellular (PoC) multimedia communication service and is to be withdraw from a PoC session in which the PoC client is participating, a PoC server identifies and stores information about one or more media types that were negotiated to be usable between the corresponding PoC client and the PoC server when the corresponding PoC client joined the PoC session. Next, when the number of PoC clients using the identified one or more media types among remaining PoC clients participating in the PoC session is one or less, the PoC server determines that the identified one or more media types is no longer needed for the corresponding PoC session, and corrects the PoC session so as to not use the identified one or more media types. Accordingly, when the one or more media types will not be received by any PoC client in the PoC session the use of the one or more media types in the PoC session is discontinued, so that it is possible to prevent a transmission error of the corresponding one or more media types and to save resources allocated to the corresponding one or more media types.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a method, a User Equipment (UE) and a system for providing a simultaneous multiple session Push-to-talk over Cellular (PoC) multimedia service. A PoC client performing a PoC multimedia communication service participates in multiple sessions according to the setup of a user, and can simultaneously receive the same media streams without filtering in a PoC server when the same media streams are transmitted. Further, the PoC client can set a session, to which filtering is to be applied, from among a plurality of sessions and media types.
Abstract:
A method and system are provided for delivering a stream in a mobile broadcast system that receives stream contents of broadcast services (BCAST) from a content creation and provides the broadcast services to one terminal or one group of terminals via one of a broadcast distribution system (BDS) and an interaction network. The method involves requesting assignment of a bearer in which the stream is to be delivered, assigning a bearer in response to the bearer assignment request, adapting the stream to be appropriate for the assigned bearer, and delivering the adapted stream to the terminal in the assigned bearer.
Abstract:
A fusion protein comprising factor VII (FVII) and transferrin according to the present invention has an improved specific activity of FVII compared to existing FVII fusion proteins comprising other fusion partners than transferrin, and thus can be effectively used in a therapy using FVII.
