    Abstract: A manufacturing apparatus for manufacturing a resin container including an injection molding part configured to injection-mold a preform, and a temperature adjustment part configured to adjust a temperature of the preform molded in the injection molding part. The manufacturing apparatus is configured to blow-mold the preform whose temperature has been adjusted in the temperature adjustment part. The injection molding part includes an injection core mold and an injection cavity mold, and both the injection core mold and the injection cavity mold include a flow path connected to a chiller in which coolant is configured to flow to cool the preform such that the preform is inserted into the temperature adjustment part in a state where an outer surface temperature of the preform is higher than a glass transition temperature of a material constituting the preform by 30° C. or higher and 60° C. or lower.

    Abstract: In a method for manufacturing a resin container, in the adjusting the temperature of the preform, the preform is accommodated in a cavity mold, a refrigerant introduction member is inserted into the preform, the refrigerant introduction member including a first flow path and a second flow path which are different in introduction or discharge position of a refrigerant, the preform is cooled by bringing the preform into close contact with an inner wall of the cavity mold at a pressure of the refrigerant introduced from the refrigerant introduction member. When the preform is cooled, cooling is performed by switching between a first cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the first flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the second flow path and a second cooling blow for introducing the refrigerant from the second flow path and discharging the refrigerant from the first flow path.

    Abstract: A container mold includes: a split mold that has a mold space defining a shape of a body portion of a container; and a bottom mold that has a bottom mold surface defining a shape of a bottom surface of the container and is movable forward and backward with respect to the split mold. The split mold includes a bottom mold reception portion that is communicated with a bottom portion side of the mold space and receives the bottom mold. When the bottom mold is closed with respect to the split mold, a space between a surface of the bottom mold reception portion facing the bottom mold surface and the bottom mold surface is a space that defines a shape of a structure protruding in a radial direction of the container.
