    Abstract: A gaming machine includes a first box having inner walls, a second box, a front member, a communicating portion, and an exhausting portion. The front member has side walls, and covers components placed at a front portion of the second box. The front member defines a first space at the front portion. The communicating portion provided at the front portion allows a second space inside the second box to communicate with the first space. The exhausting portion provided in a side wall of the front member allows air sent from the second space to the first space to be discharged. The front member is arranged such that a first distance is smaller than a second distance, where the first distance starts at a first inner wall to finish at a first side wall, and the second distance starts at a second inner wall to finish at a second side wall.

    Abstract: To provide an interchangeable lens camera system for shooting with the best in-focus position, no matter how a group of two or more interchangeable lenses to produce different degrees of spherical aberrations and a group of cameras of different types with different evaluated autofocus frequencies are combined. The camera system of this invention includes a lens unit and a camera body to be removable and attachable from/to each other. The lens unit includes a first computing section for acquiring shooting parameters during a focusing operation and a storage section that stores reference data for changing focus positions according to the contrast of image. The camera body includes an imaging device to output a video signal representing subject's image and a second computing section for measuring the contrast of the image based on its own predetermined evaluated AF frequency during the focusing operation and calculating a correction value based on the shooting parameter and the reference data associated with the highest contrast, thereby changing the focus positions according to the correction value calculated.

    Abstract: A method of estimating an air-intake amount of an internal combustion engine is provided.     Abstract: A solid-state imaging device capable of simplifying a pixel structure to reduce a pixel size and capable of suppressing a variation in characteristics between pixels when a plurality of output systems are provided. A unit cell includes two pixels having upper and lower photoelectric converters, transfer transistors connected to the upper and lower photoelectric converters, a reset transistor, and an amplifying transistor. A full-face signal line is connected to the respective drains of the reset transistor and the amplifying transistor. Controlling the full-face signal line along with transfer signal lines and a reset signal line to read out signals simplifies wiring in the pixel and permits reduction of the pixel size.
