    摘要: A method for outputting sensitive data to a user includes a communication terminal checking to determine whether at least a portion of the sensitive data is to be outputted by determining whether the communication terminal is in one of a plurality of predefined communication configurations for outputting the sensitive data. If the communication terminal is found to be a first configuration, the communication terminal transmits the sensitive data so that at least one of the video data and the audio data is output to the user via at least one peripheral device connected to the communication terminal. If the communication terminal is in a second configuration, the communication terminal performs at least one security action to help further protect the sensitive data.

    摘要: A docking station and a method for connecting a mobile communication device to an at least partially wire-based communication infrastructure are disclosed. The docking station has a cradle for the storage of the communication device. A detection device detects the presence of the communication device within a selected distance from the docking station and receives authentication information from the communication device. There is also an authentication device for validating the credentials of the communication terminal and for enabling communication with the communications infrastructure on the basis of authentication information. A first interface provides a first wireless communication link with the communication device and a second interface establishes a second wired communication link to the communication infrastructure. A transfer device can switch from the first communication link to the second communication link. A communication system containing the docking station is also disclosed.

    摘要: In a method procedure for managing a caller's call to a call center with a call center agent, an agent is defined to receive the call and identified as the responsible agent for an incident assigned to the call. A relationship is created between the responsible agent and the incident. Then a token is generated that allows the relationship to be addressed without containing any individual connection or personal data for the responsible agent. The token is made available for the caller so the token can be activated when the caller resumes contact with the call center. The token causes the caller to be connected to the responsible agent or a proxy if the token is activated when contact is resumed.

    摘要: The conference system (KS) can comprise at least one mobile terminal with a respective signaling apparatus which contains a sensor which detects motion by the signaling apparatus and outputs a corresponding motion signal. In addition, it can contain a motion signal processing apparatus which associates the motion signal from a gesture in nonverbal interhuman communication with a motion signal pattern and, as a result of an association having been made, produces an output signal with a corresponding piece of information about the type of detected gesture in the nonverbal interhuman communication. Furthermore, the conference system can include a transmission apparatus for supplying the output signal to a transmission channel which is respectively connected to a local area network. The network can include other network elements, such as a telephone for a moderator and a screen for conference control connected to it.
