摘要: Described is a structural body including at least partially an aluminum member having on a surface an anodized film with micropores present, in which: the micropores have a coefficient of variation in pore size of 5 to 50%; and the micropores are each sealed with a metal. The structural body can generate localized plasmon resonance having a sufficiently large intensity and be produced at low cost through a simple production process, and having a large surface area.

摘要: In a method of manufacturing a microstructure, an aluminum member having an aluminum substrate and a micropore-bearing anodized layer present on a surface of the aluminum substrate is subjected at least to, in order, a pore-ordering treatment which involves performing one or more cycles of a step that includes a first film dissolution treatment for dissolving 0.001 to 20 wt % of a material constituting the anodized layer and an anodizing treatment which follows the first film dissolution treatment; and a second film dissolution treatment for dissolving the anodized layer, thereby obtaining the microstructure having micropores formed on a surface thereof. This method enables a microstructure having an ordered array of pits to be obtained in a short period of time.

摘要: A microstructure includes an anodized aluminum layer that has on a surface thereof micropores, at least some of which contain a catalyst, in a micropore array with a degree of ordering of at least 40%. A method of manufacturing the microstructure includes anodizing an aluminum member to form on its surface an anodized layer having micropores, removing the aluminum member, and supporting a catalyst on at least part of the anodized layer. The microstructure is excellent in heat resistance.

摘要: The support for a lithographic printing plate obtained by performing graining treatment including electrochemical graining treatment on an aluminum plate, the aluminum plate is an aluminum plate which contains Fe of 0.02 to 0.29 wt %, Si of 0.03 to 0.15 wt %, Cu of 0.020 to 0.040 wt % and Ti of 0.050 wt % or less and whose remaining portion is composed of Al and unavoidable impurities. In addition, the support for a lithographic printing plate where surface area ratio and steepness obtained from three-dimensional data found with an atomic force microscope (AFM) each satisfies the specified conditions is excellent in printing performance (press life, scum resistance, sensitivity and cleaner press life or the like) and handling property (scratch resistance, fatigue fracture strength or the like) when the lithographic printing plate is prepared.

摘要: The present invention provides a presensitized plate, comprising: an aluminum plate having an aluminum purity of not less than 99 wt %; and a photosensitive layer formed on the surface of said aluminum plate, wherein a fatigue fracture strength of the presensitized plate after a heat treatment at 300° C. for 7 minutes is not less than 75% of the fatigue fracture strength thereof before the heat treatment. The presensitized plate is excellent in efficiency and stability of a roughening treatment, and is capable of preventing generation of fatigue fracture of the lithographic printing plate during printing even if a burning treatment has been made on lithographic printing plate.

摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a lithographic printing plate support having the step of: subjecting an aluminum plate at least to a first electrochemical graining treatment in which a first alternating current is passed through the aluminum plate in a first aqueous solution containing hydrochloric acid and nitric acid and a second electrochemical graining treatment in which a second alternating current is passed through the aluminum plate in a second aqueous solution containing hydrochloric acid in this order to obtain the lithographic printing plate support. By this method, a presensitized plate having excellent scumming resistance and a long press life is obtained.

摘要: Disclosed is a roll for embossing aluminum sheet, which is obtainable by subjecting a surface of a steel roll to at least the steps of, in order: blasting treatment, electrolytic treatment with 1,000 to 20,000 C/dm2 of electricity in which the steel roll is used as the anode, and chromium plating treatment. The aluminum sheet embossing roll of the present invention has on the surface thereof peaks, or asperities, which are of uniform height and very numerous. As a result, aluminum sheets obtained using such a roll, when employed as lithographic printing plate supports, have excellent printing characteristics, particularly a long press life and a high sensitivity.

摘要: A roll for metal rolling has a roughened surface formed by an electrolytic treatment in an electrolytic solution while using the roll as an anode. When the roll is used to emboss an aluminum plate, it is possible to obtain an aluminum plate with an uneven structure having regulated positions of levels of peaks and a larger number of the peaks. A presensitized plate formed by use of the aluminum plate as a support has excellent printing performances particularly in the number of printed sheets and sensitivity.
