摘要: A high-yield-ratio high-strength electrogalvanized steel sheet having an electrogalvanized coating layer formed on a surface of a base steel sheet, in which the base steel sheet has a certain chemical composition, and a steel microstructure, in which a total area fraction of one or both of bainite containing carbides having an average grain diameter of 50 nm or less and tempered martensite containing carbides having an average grain diameter of 50 nm or less is 90% or more in the whole of the steel microstructure, and in which a total area fraction of one or both of the bainite containing and the tempered martensite containing carbides is 80% or more in a region from the surface of the base steel sheet to a position located at ⅛ of a thickness of the base steel sheet, and diffusible hydrogen in steel in an amount of 0.20 mass ppm or less.

摘要: Provided is an alloyed galvanized steel sheet with excellent resistance to cracking in resistance welding at a welded portion, even if crystal orientations of an Fe-based electroplating layer and a cold-rolled steel sheet are integrated at a high ratio at the interface between the Fe-based electroplating layer and the cold-rolled steel sheet. The alloyed galvanized steel sheet has a Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet containing Si in an amount of 0.1 mass % to 3.0 mass %; an Fe-based electroplating layer formed on at least one surface of the Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet with a coating weight per surface exceeding 20.0 g/m2, and an alloyed galvanized layer formed on the Fe-based electroplating layer, where crystal orientations of the Fe-based electroplating layer and the Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet are integrated at a ratio of more than 50% at the interface between the Fe-based electroplating layer and the Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet.

An adhesion amount of Sn per surface of the Sn-plated steel sheet is 0.1 g/m2 or more and 15 g/m2 or less, an amount of the zirconium oxide in the film layer is in a range of 1 mg/m2 or more and 30 mg/m2 or less in terms of an amount of metal Zr, a peak position of a binding energy of Sn3d5/2 of the tin oxide is 1.4 eV or more and less than 1.6 eV from a peak position of a binding energy of metal Sn, and a quantity of electricity required for reduction of the tin oxide is more than 5.0 mC/cm2 and 20 mC/cm2 or less.

摘要: In a method for chromium upgrading of interconnects made of ferritic steel to be used in solid oxide cell stacks, comprising the steps of shaping the interconnect, depositing a coating comprising Cr on at least one surface of the shaped interconnect and performing one or more thermal treatments at a temperature below 1000° C., the resulting Cr concentration near the surface of the interconnect is higher than the Cr concentration in the ferritic steel before shaping. Specifically, the average Cr concentration of the shaped interconnect is increased to 26 wt % Cr or higher.

An object of the invention is also a process for applying a metal layer securely adherent to the surface of stainless steel objects, comprising a cathodic treatment as described above.
Moreover, the invention further relates to an object comprising stainless steel equipped with a covering obtained by means of a process of the type described.-

A passivation surface treatment method for stainless steel includes: performing degreasing of stainless steel, performing electrolytic pickling where the stainless steel that underwent the degreasing is immersed in a pickling solution having phosphoric acid (H3PO4) and is connected to the anode and a voltage of about 0.5 to 5.0 V for about 10 seconds or more is applied, performing electrolytic degreasing of the stainless steel, and performing electrolytic passivation where the stainless steel that underwent the electrolytic degreasing is immersed in a passivation solution including dichromic acid and chromium sulfate and a voltage of about 0.5 to 5.0 V is applied for 5 seconds or more.

The wear-resistant coating (17) is applied to a core surface (18) that has a first microstructure (19). The first microstructure (19) is preferably created using electrochemical etching in the core surface (18). The wear-resistant coating (17) applied thereto is preferably applied directly to at least a section of the core surface (18) having the first microstructure (19) using electrochemical deposition and has a layer thickness of a maximum of 20 μm.
