摘要： Output apparatus including a vectorization unit for vectorizing part of bitmap data into first vector data, a data production unit for producing bitmap data after transformation, and an output unit of outputting that bitmap data. The data production unit includes an inverse transformation unit for transforming first coordinate information of a target dot with an inverse function of a certain calculation, and a color determination unit for determining the color of a dot specified by second coordinate information based on the first vector data and the color of a dot on the bitmap data so that the color determined thereby is setup for a dot specified by first coordinate information, and a control unit for enabling the inverse transformation and the color determination to be performed on all dots on the bitmap data to be outputted. Thereby, jaggy-less bitmap data can be outputted without losing its image quality.

摘要： A stainless steel sheet has a chemical composition consisting of 0.15 mass % or less of C, 1.0 mass % or less of Si, 1.0 mass % or less of Mn, 0.005 mass % or less of S, 10-20 mass % of Cr, 0.5 mass % or less of Ni, 0.001-0.05 mass % of Al, optionally one or more of 0.5-2.0 mass % of Mo, 0.5-3.0 mass % of Cu and 0.05-1.0 mass % of Nb, and the balance being Fe except inevitable impurities. It is strengthened by a work-hardened ferritic structure, wherein Al2O3 and/or Al2O3.MgO inclusions of 10 μm or less in size are distributed with cleanliness of 0.06% or less. It is useful as lightweight material for parts and structural members of home electric appliances, office automation devices and so on, due to excellent bendability in addition to high yield strength of 700 N/mm2 or more.

摘要： When it is detected that the temperature of the fuel cell stack is at the freezing temperature of water or less (step S1), an operation mode using a freezing temperature starting up operation control map is selected (step S2). Freezing temperature starting up operation of the fuel cell stack is performed according to the freezing temperature starting up operation control map (step S3). Then, when it is detected that the temperature of the fuel cell stack exceeds the freezing temperature (step S4), the operation mode using the freezing temperature starting up operation control map is switched to an operation mode using a normal starting up operation control map (step S5). Thus, normal starting up operation is performed according to the normal starting up control map (step S6).

摘要： A newly proposed steel consists of 8.0-35.0 wt. % Cr, 0.05-1.20 wt. % C, 0.05-3.0 wt. % at least one of Ti, Nb, Zr, V and W and the balance being essentially Fe and has the structure that a total amount of Ti, Nb, Zr, V and/or W carbide precipitates distributed in a steel matrix is adjusted to 0.l wt. % or more. The steel is bestowed with excellent abrasion-resistance by distribution of carbide precipitates. These carbides have nearly the same hardness as hard particles such as alumina and silicon carbides which causes abrasive abrasion. Due to such excellent abrasion-resistance, a weaving machine member, a sewing needle, an agricultural machine member such as a mowing tooth or a cutter blade made of the steel can be used over a long period.
