    摘要: A fuel-injection system includes at least one fuel distributor and at least one fuel injector. The fuel distributor is embodied as an autonomous component and has a plurality of valve seats having several inner longitudinal openings in which the fuel injectors may be inserted. The valve seats, by their ends facing away from a fuel-supply channel of the fuel distributor, end in a freely exposed manner. At these ends of the valve seats at least one retaining element in each case is premolded or formed for the loss-proof mounting of the particular fuel injector. This fuel-injection system is particularly suited for the use in mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having external ignition.

    摘要: An installation/removal device is used to install and remove a fuel injector in/from a receiving bore hole of an internal-combustion-engine cylinder head. The installation/removal device includes a sheathing member having a tubular section and a contacting section, which acts on and/or contacts the fuel injector by a contact surface that extends radially inwardly. The contacting section, which can be formed by at least two elastic, contacting subsections separated from each other by cut-outs, is adjustable between an engaged position; in which a frictional connection to the fuel injector can be established, and a released position in which the installation/removal device can be removed from the fuel injector.

    摘要: A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines is already known in which the valve seat body is produced by multiple complicated work processes. In the novel valve, a valve seat body of simple design that can be made economically is used. The valve seat body (16) is made from sheet metal by stamping and deep drawing and has a cup shape with a bottom (19) of the seat body and an annular edge (20) of the seat body. A valve seat (24) is formed in the bottom (19) of the seat body. An injection port disk (34) is joined by welding to the valve seat body (16). The fuel injection valve is especially suitable for fuel injection systems of mixture-compressing internal combustion engines with externally supplied ignition (FIG. 1).

    摘要: A fuel injection valve for internal combustion engines with an injection port disk disposed in a longitudinal opening of a valve housing, which prevents deposits from forming due to evaporation of the fuel remaining at the injection ports after the engine is switched off. A gap disk is therefore disposed downstream of the injection port disk in the longitudinal opening of the valve housing with a slight axial spacing; the gap disk defines a recess in the axial direction which exerts a capillary action outward in the radial direction upon the fuel emerging at the injection ports. By disposing a capillary disk between the injection port disk and the gap disk, the capillary action can be optimized by means of corresponding contours in the capillary disk. The fuel injection valve is particularly suited for fuel injection in mixture-compressing engines with externally supplied ignition.

Together with the armature, the profiled connecting part forms flow channels.     摘要: A fuel injection device for internal combustion engines has a fuel distributor device with at least one pipe connector in whose receptacle an injection valve is inserted by its inflow-side, upstream end. A connecting element serves for fixing the injection valve in position axially on the pipe connector of the fuel distributor device and also for fixing it in the circumferential direction. The connecting element, which is constructed as a plastic clip, includes a disc-shaped, circular ring-shaped base element with an inner opening through which the inflow-side end of the injection valve runs in the installed state, the disc-shaped base body being positioned in a circumferential groove of the injection valve. The base element includes two legs which can be closed or opened by means of a locking connection. Locking elements extend perpendicularly to the plane of the base element and ensure that the injection valve is fixed in position axially on the pipe connector, and fixed in the circumferential direction, by virtue of a fixing lug which engages around and behind, respectively.

    摘要: Apparatuses for the injection of a fuel-gas mixture that have a cup-shaped gas enveloping sleeve that surrounds a valve end of a fuel injection valve, in which the base of the gas enveloping sleeve rests directly on a valve end of the fuel injection valve, have already been proposed. In such apparatuses, the danger is that the perforated body, which has injection ports, will be damaged during installation of the gas enveloping sleeve. In the novel apparatus, however, an elastic sealing element is disposed in the direction of the longitudinal valve axis between the valve end of the fuel injection valve and an end of the base portion of the gas enveloping sleeve that faces the valve end. This sealing element lessens the danger of deformation of and damage to a perforated body, having injection ports, of the fuel injection valve at the valve end and makes it possible to compensate for production and installation tolerances. The proposed apparatus for injecting a fuel-gas mixture is especially suitable for mixture-compressing internal combustion engines having externally supplied ignition.
