摘要: Methods and systems are provided for capless refueling system of a vehicle. In one example, a method may include cleaning a capless unit of a capless refueling system by generating vacuum in the capless refueling system and delivering compressed air to the capless unit from an electrical booster of an engine. The compressed air may be delivered to the capless unit via a two-way valve configured to control a flow path of the compressed air.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for an evaporative emissions control system for onboard refueling vapor recovery of a heavy duty vehicle. In one example, a method may include adjusting flow among at least two canisters during canister purging, where the at least two canisters are arranged in a parallel loading and unloading flow direction, to increase flow through a higher loaded canister. Flow may be adjusted using a first valve coupled to the first canister, a second valve coupled to the second canister, and so on for n number of canisters and n number of valves, and a balancing valve used to selectively couple the at least two canisters to a fuel tank.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for removing condensate form a charge air cooler coupled to an engine intake system. In one example, a method may include flowing heated air from a fuel vapor canister of an evaporative emissions control (EVAP) system through the charge air cooler to vaporize condensate in the CAC. The air is drawn in from atmosphere by operating an electric booster in a reverse direction and the air is heated at the canister by operating a canister heater.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for learning characteristics of a road segment and using the learning during a subsequent travel on the road segment to preview the road segment and schedule diagnostic routines to increase in-use monitor performance (IUMP) rates for vehicle system diagnostics. In one example, a method may include scheduling a diagnostic routine for an engine sub-system based on the learned characteristics of the road segment, and a variable adjustable based on IUMP rate.

摘要: A ride-share system of other vehicle system employs a profile database having a plurality of user phobia profiles for potential customers. Each of the user phobia profiles identifies one or more respective phobia groups pertaining to a respective user, wherein each phobia group associates a plurality of driving-related phobias which share at least one trigger condition or at least one countermeasure. A vehicle controller is coupled to the profile database which determines a default itinerary for a trip to a destination specified by one of the users. The vehicle controller evaluates the default itinerary for potential interaction with a respective phobia group identified by the phobia profile of the one of the users. The vehicle controller implements an alternate itinerary that mitigates the potential interaction.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for monitoring corking of a canister vent valve (CVS) in a fuel vapor line during diagnostics of an evaporative emissions control (EVAP) system of a vehicle. In one example, a method includes, after isolating the EVAP system from atmosphere, opening each bypass valve of one or more bypass valves of one or more fuel vapor canisters to couple the EVAP system to a fuel system of the vehicle, and opening a canister vent valve (CVS) responsive to an EVAP system pressure decreasing to a threshold EVAP system pressure.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for regenerating a particulate filter positioned in an exhaust system of an engine of a vehicle. In one example, a method comprises obtaining a first air flow in an intake of the engine and obtaining a second air flow in the intake of the engine, where regeneration of the particulate filter is conducted in response to the first air flow differing from the second air flow by at least a threshold amount, where the first air flow and the second air flow comprise air flow routed from the exhaust system to the intake of the engine. In this way, the particulate filter may be regenerated under conditions where a loading state of the particulate filter is not known.

摘要: Methods and systems are provided for preparing an energy receiving apparatus of a vehicle for receiving an increase in a level of energy storage prior to a vehicle reaching an energy replenishment station for receiving the increase. In one example, a method comprises via a controller, requesting a confirmation as to whether a vehicle operator intends to stop at a particular energy replenishment station, and when confirmation is received, commanding one or more actions to prepare the energy receiving apparatus for accepting the energy level increase. In this way, a time-frame for accepting the energy level increase may be reduced as compared to situations where the one or more actions are not undertaken.

In one example, a method comprises preparing an energy receiving apparatus for receiving an increase in a level of energy storage while the vehicle is traveling to the energy replenishment station, in response to a vehicle operator confirming at the controller an intent to stop at the energy replenishment station to increase the level of energy storage at the energy receiving apparatus. In this way, a time-frame for increasing the energy level increase may be reduced as compared to situations where such preparations are not undertaken.
