摘要: A first slip joint and a second slip joint are respectively arranged on a member mounted within an upper part of a car and a member mounted within a lower part of a car, a retractor is mounted on a side wall inside the car body (upon, for example, a center pillar) between the first and second slip joints, and a shoulder belt and a lap belt are respectively conducted from the retractor to a tongue plate through the first slip joint and through the second slip joint. A load which is exerted on a mounting portion of the retractor when the car body is suddenly decelerated can be confined to below approximately 50 Kg.

摘要: A signal level control circuit having an amplifying transistor in combination with a resistive layer insulator semiconductor field effect transistor in which the drain and source electrodes of the field effect transistor are connected in series with the base and emitter electrodes of the amplifying transistor. A main input signal is applied to the base electrode of the amplifying transistor, a control voltage of either D.C. or lower frequency than said main signal is applied to the first and second gate electrodes of the field transistor and a level controlled output signal is obtained from the collector electrode of the amplifying transistor whereby the output signal level is made to be a linear function of the control voltage applied to the gate electrodes of the field effect transistor.

摘要: The accuracy in controlling the heating temperature of a glow plug and the reliability of the control operation are improved. An electronic control unit 101 is configured such that a standard applied voltage for glow plugs 50-1 to 50-n is set according to the engine speed and the load conditions of the engine. In addition, a correction coefficient set in advance according to the temperature classification of the mounted glow plugs 50-1 to 50-n is readably stored in the electronic control unit 101 as a correction coefficient map. By multiplying the standard applied voltage by a correction coefficient K read from the correction coefficient map and applying a voltage of the multiplication result to the glow plugs 50-1 to 50-n as a driving voltage through the power circuit 102 to perform driving control, stable and reliable heating temperature control can be realized regardless of variations in the heating temperature characteristics.

摘要: To suppress current fluctuations upon commencement of driving and prolong lifespan by reducing electric stress caused by current fluctuations.A glow plug 1, a glow switch 2, and a stabilizing coil 3 are series-connected, and upon commencement of the driving of the glow plug 1, a repetition frequency of PWM signals that control the opening and closing of the glow switch 2 is made into a higher frequency than a repetition frequency in a normal drive state and the opening and closing of the glow switch 2 is controlled (S104), and when a predetermined drive shift condition has been met (S106), the repetition frequency of the PWM signals is returned to the frequency during normal driving and the opening and closing of the glow switch 2 is controlled (S108), whereby the current upon commencement of driving is smoothed and the occurrence of an instantaneous large current is suppressed.

摘要: A medical sheet base includes a polyurethane nonwoven fabric and a polyurethane film combined with each other, and is improved in stretchability, air permeability, moisture permeability, water resistance and flexibility over prior-art medical sheet bases as required of the medical sheet base. The polyurethane nonwoven fabric includes continuous filaments each having an average filament diameter of not greater than 50 μm, the filaments being deposited in a substantially unbound state and partly bonded to each other. The polyurethane film has minute pores present in opposite surfaces thereof and each having a diameter of not greater than 10 μm, and minute pores communicating with each other along the thickness thereof.

摘要: A fuse-data reading circuit is provided in a semiconductor integrated circuit device. In the fused-data reading circuit, a differential latch circuit compares a current depending on the resistance across a first fuse element, i.e., target element, with a current depending on the resistance of a series circuit including a second fuse element used as a reference fuse element and a resistor element. The differential latch circuit determines whether the first fuse element has been cut or not.

摘要: Thermal-type infrared imaging device comprises an infrared ray detection unit in which pixels, each of which includes a bolometer, are arranged two-dimensionally; and a signal processing unit that sequentially reads signal of each bolometer in synchronization with switching operation of a horizontal shift register and a vertical shift register, integrates the read signal using an integration circuit, and outputs the integrated signal. The signal processing unit is configured so that it can set a sensitivity (for example, voltage applied to bolometer, capacitance of a capacitor in the integration circuit, and/or period of time for integrating the signal) for each pixel according to a predetermined pattern in synchronization with switching operation for classifying a plurality of pixels into a plurality of types of pixels for which different sensitivities are set, for example, high-sensitivity pixels 15 with a narrow temperature measurement range and a high temperature resolution and low-sensitivity pixels 16 with a wider temperature measurement range and a lower temperature resolution than those of the high-sensitivity pixels 15.
