A scraping member is in contact with surface of the metal roller of the cleaning part. A conductive holding member holds the scraping member. A conductive member is disposed proximate to the cleaning part. A same potential keeping part includes at least a first connection member which is configured to electrically connect the cleaning part and the conductive holding member and to electrically connect the conductive holding member and the metal roller, and keeps the conductive member and the cleaning part at approximately the same potential.

摘要： A multifunction system has advanced functions and high speed capability and is excellent in expandability. The multifunction system includes a controller, an IIT, an IOT, and a light distributing device. For a print job, print data outputted from the controller is converted into optical signals, which enter a light distributing device and are transmitted to the IOT of the emission side. The IOT prints the received data onto a printer. For a copy job, copy data outputted from IIT is converted into optical signals, which enter the light distributing device, and are transmitted to the IOT of the emission side. For a scan job, scan data outputted from the scanner is converted into optical signals, which enter the light distributing device, and are transmitted to the controller of the emission side. The controller processes the received data.

The phase detection device calculates the mean value of the rotational variations of the rotational phases.

The storage space forming member has a contact portion having a first contact portion that contacts the inner surface of the case to close the cooling medium storage space on the one side in the stator axial direction.

摘要： An image forming apparatus may include a removable/attachable belt unit. In operation, the belt unit may be secured to a main body of the image forming apparatus using a lock mechanism to prevent extraneous or unexpected shifts and/or other movements. The lock mechanism may be located closer to a rotation pivot than to a midpoint between the rotation pivot and a rotation axis of a driven roller. This positioning of the lock mechanism may allow easier attachment and removal of the belt unit. Additionally, the lock mechanism may include an urging member configured to sandwich a protruding member of the belt unit against a contact surface in a front-rear direction. This reduces the potential for elastic or creep deformation of the belt unit.
