    Abstract: A data transmission control method, apparatus and system are provided. A radio communication node receives a data packet sent by a base station, where the data packet is generated by using a Packet Data Convergence Protocol protocol data unit (PDCP PDU) of the base station. The radio communication node acquires the PDCP PDU, which is used as a Radio Link Control service data unit (RLC SDU), in the data packet. The radio communication node sends data generated by using the RLC SDU to a user equipment, where a user plane connection is established between the radio communication node and the user equipment, and a control plane connection is established between the base station and the user equipment.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for acquiring a UE capability, a terminal, and a base station. A method for acquiring a UE capability includes: receiving, by a target base station, a handover request sent by a core network device or a source base station, where the handover request carries first UE capability information; and if the first UE capability information indicates an incomplete capability of a UE, after the UE is handed over to the target base station, the target base station determines, according to the first UE capability information, whether to acquire a complete capability of the UE.

    Abstract: A method for detecting an uplink signal includes: detecting, by a micro base station according to configuration information about an uplink signal sent by a UE, whether the uplink signal is received in an uplink receive window of a macro base station, where the macro base station and the micro base station have synchronized clock rates, there is a fixed time difference t1 between the uplink receive window of the macro base station and an uplink receive window of the micro base station, and |t1|≥0; and if it is detected that the uplink signal is not received in the uplink receive window of the macro base station, after the micro base station advances the uplink receive window of the macro base station by a length of at least one cyclic prefix, detecting, by the micro base station, the uplink signal, and sending the uplink signal to the macro base station.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a counter check and reconfiguration method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: sending a second identity information and a second count information to a terminal, so that the terminal compares, according to the second identity information, the second count information with third count information maintained by the terminal itself to obtain first comparison result information or second comparison result information; receiving the first comparison result information sent by the terminal, or the second identity information and second comparison result information sent by the terminal; and determining counter check result information according to the received first comparison result information, or the received second identity information and second comparison result information. Thereby, the present invention implements a counter check process and a reconfiguration process in a network architecture in which a primary base station is separated from a secondary base station.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a wireless access point control method, a related device, and a system. An activation signal sent by user equipment is received on a radio resource corresponding to a receiving pattern of a first wireless access point, so that the first wireless access point controls itself to leave a power-saving state according to the activation signal. Therefore, the user equipment may directly send the activation signal to the first wireless access point to switch a working state of the first wireless access point from the power-saving state to a normal communication state as soon as possible. In this manner, a power-saving objective of the wireless access point is achieved, and switching of the wireless access point from the power-saving state to the normal communication state as soon as possible can also be accelerated on a basis of achieving power saving of the wireless access point.
