摘要: A web service registering system with service evaluation and utility knowledge is disclosed. The system includes a service interface, a database, a UDDI service register machine and a core integrating module. A service user can generate a function calling message corresponding to a target service of a service provider via the service interface. A service evaluation and a utility knowledge corresponding to the target service are stored in the database. The web service registering system generates integration information by integrating the service evaluation, the utility knowledge, and the target service via the core integrating module according the function calling message and connecting the function service of the UDDI service register machine. Then, the web service registering system shows the integration information on the service interface.

摘要: A method for determining a tilt angle of a vehicle includes measuring accelerations of a vehicle in directions along a longitudinal axis, a transverse axis, and a vertical axis of the vehicle. A current tilt angle of the vehicle is calculated as a function of the measured accelerations. A magnitude-compensated tilt angle is calculated as a function of the current tilt angle, of a preceding tilt angle, and of the magnitude of the vector sum of the measured accelerations. A gyroscopically stabilized magnitude-compensated tilt angle is calculated as a function of the current tilt angle, of a preceding tilt angle, of the magnitude of the vector sum of the measured accelerations, and of a change in the tilt angle over a given time period calculated from angular rate data provided by a gyroscope.

摘要: An interactive, web-based codeset selection and development tool transmits hypertext documents from a web server to a web browser of a developer of microcontroller code for a new remote control device. The hypertext documents include selection criteria for groups of codesets stored in a central database of codesets. The developer selects the most appropriate codesets for the new remote control device using the selection criteria. The selection and development tool converts each of the selected codesets into a plurality of strings of timing information. The strings are encrypted and transmitted to the developer along with a signal engine. The developer loads the encrypted strings and the signal engine into a new microcontroller that has a factory-programmed decryption key. The microcontroller decrypts the encrypted strings of timing information and uses them and the signal engine to generate operational signals that control various functions of electronic consumer devices.

摘要: A vehicle display configuration includes an LED (light emitting diode) display with a flexible circuit board and a plurality of LEDs mounted on the flexible circuit board. The flexible circuit board conforms to the surface shape of a mounting layer to which it is fastened. A control circuit which includes a driver circuit is operatively connected to the LEDs for controlling the LEDs. The driver circuit has a serial data input and a shift register. The driver circuit shifts data received via the serial data input into the shift register and controls the LEDs in accordance with the data in the shift register. A method of controlling a display is also provided.

摘要: A virtual trainer system and method of using such a system is provided. The system can include an impact receiving body capable of being struck by a user and a plurality of illuminable impact sensors can be arranged thereon. A display unit can be operable to receive signals and broadcast images and audio signals. A control unit can be operatively coupled to the plurality of illuminable impact sensors and to the display unit. The system can be configured such that the control unit is operable to run an interactive workout program that directs the control unit to A.) send a signal to the display unit and the one or more illuminable impact sensors requesting an impact-dependent response routine from the user, B.) wait a preset period of time for one or more impact responses from the user, and C.) provide a variable feedback signal to the display unit and the one or more illuminable impact sensors requesting the user to either repeat the previous impact-dependent response routine or progress to a new impact-dependent response routine depending upon a measured response time and a calculated strength value of the one or more impact responses performed by the user.

摘要: A method for processing packets includes performing by a plurality of processors integrated in a single NIC chip, the plurality of processors including at least a hardware processor and a firmware processor, receiving information identifying at least one packet to be processed. The method may include determining whether the identified packet is a large send offload packet. If the identified packet is a large send offload packet, the method may include selecting between at least the hardware processor and the firmware processor to process the large send offload packet. If the identified packet is not a large send offload packet, the method may include bypassing the hardware process and the firmware process, and read DMA processing the identified packet from a host memory.
