    摘要： A switch apparatus has a case that includes a hollow projecting support section, a switch contact provided inside the case, and a button having a depressing section that comes into contact with the switch contact and mounted on the support section in a manner vertically movable. Furthermore, an inwardly projecting catch section is provided on the inner periphery of the support section, and an engaging hole is provided on the depressing section of the button into which the catch section is to be inserted. In this configuration, an opening on the top surface of the case is not required when manufacturing the case and the button by resin molding. As a result, a switch apparatus is obtained which is superior in resistance to water and dust and stable in operation.

    摘要： A lighted switch unit having a light-shield structure at a lower end of an operating body is provided, in which an outer surface of the operating body is covered with a non-translucent covering layer, and a light-transmitting display part is formed on an upper part or side part of the body. The light-shield structure is such as an inclined part formed on an outer surface at the lower end of the operating body, with which an exposed area of a lower end of the inner surface of the operating body is made small so that an amount of a light that leaks out of a gap between the cover and the operating body is reduced. Thus, a lighted switch unit having good visibility is obtained with a simple structure.

    摘要： In an exposure apparatus of the invention, for a spatial light modulator, each of a plurality of pixel portions fewer than the total number of the pixel portions is controlled with a control signal generated according to exposure information. Namely, a part of the pixel portions is controlled without controlling a whole of the pixel portions on the substrate. Thus, the number of pixels in the pixel portions is decreased, and transfer time of the control signal becomes short. This enables modulation speed of the laser beam to be increased and the high-speed exposure to be performed. An incorporated laser light source, in which the laser beams are incorporated and struck on the optical fiber, is preferable to the laser device. By adopting the incorporated laser light source, high brightness and high output can be obtained, and it is preferable to the exposure of the spatial light modulator. Since the fiber array is obtained with few optical fibers, it is low cost. Since the number of optical fibers is few, the light-emitting region is further decreased when the optical fibers are arrayed.
