    摘要: The invention provides an ultrasonic flow velocity meter that can measure the flow velocity of a fluid over a wide range of degree of contamination with high degree of accuracy. The ultrasonic flow velocity meter includes a mounting base to be fixed to the outside of a conduit line in which the fluid to be measured flows, the mounting base having a mounting surface formed obliquely with respect to a longitudinal axis of the conduit line, a sending transducer fixed to the mounting base for emitting an ultrasonic wave to the interior of the fluid, a receiving transducer fixed to the mounting base and receiving the reflected ultrasonic wave having subjected to Doppler shift and emitted from the interior of the fluid, and a calculating unit for calculating the flow velocity of the fluid from the amount of the Doppler shift of the reflected wave received by the receiving transducer. The sending transducer and the receiving transducer are being arranged so that an axis of sending and an axis of reception are coincided with respect to each other, continuously send the ultrasonic wave and continuously receive the ultrasonic wave, respectively.

    摘要: A vehicular AC generator comprises a resistor for ground one-phase output terminal in an armature coil, a switch for connecting and disconnecting at least one-phase output terminal out of the other phases of the armature coil to and from the ground, and a control unit for controlling the switch. The switch is controlled ON and OFF in accordance with a voltage generated across the resistor. According to this configuration, in the event of occurrence of leakage current in the armature coil, the occurrence of the leakage current is detected based on the voltage generated across the resistor and the switch is closed, whereby the leakage current is allowed to escape to ground and an actual signal from the resistor is detected easily.

    摘要: An AC generator has a rotor with permanent magnets disposed between claw poles. The rotor has Lundell-type pole cores having a boss portion where a field coil is wound and claw poles. The permanent magnets are sintered ferrite magnets and disposed between opposite side surfaces of the adjacent claw poles and magnetized to have the same magnetic pole as the claw pole adjacent thereto. A ratio between the cross-sectional area per pole of the magnetic path of the boss portion and peripheral surface area of the claw poles facing the teeth of the stator core is designed to be between 70% to 120%.

    摘要: A material to be dried, such as a semiconductor substrate during manufacturing a semiconductor device, is loaded into a process chamber fitted at a loading opening with a lid which is closed from above. The inner side wall surface of the process chamber has a first surface formed in the lower part thereof and is substantially in parallel with the inner wall surface of the lid, and a second surface extending from the upper end part of the first surface and bent outwards to face the inner wall surface of the lid. A processing solution vapor is fed through a steam supply port in the second surface into the process chamber and flowed downwardly over the material to be dried. The processing solution vapor is condensed and recovered below the material to be dried.
