A flexible display device including a flexible display unit; and a controller configured to receive a first touch input at a first position on the flexible display unit in a flat state, store, in a memory, first position information of the first touch input that is offset a first predetermined amount from the first position, receive a second touch input at the first position on the flexible display unit in a first bent state, and store, in the memory, second position information of the second touch input that is offset a second predetermined amount from the first position, wherein the first predetermined amount of offset is greater than the second predetermined amount of offset.
Abstract:
A detachable head mounted display (HMD) device includes a display unit configured to display a user interface, a detached sensor unit configured to detect whether the HMD device has been affixed to eye-glasses, a sensor unit configured to detect an input signal generated when the eye-glasses to which the HMD device is affixed are touched, and a controller configured to control the display unit, the detached sensor unit, and the sensor unit. The controller is further configured to acquire identification information of the eye-glasses if the HMD device detects that the HMD device is affixed to the eye-glasses, to acquire a look up table related to the identification information, to acquire a control input related to the input signal from the look up table in response to the detected input signal, and to control the user interface to perform a function corresponding to the control input.
Abstract:
The present specification relates to a digital device providing touch rejection and a method of controlling therefor. A method of controlling a digital device having a single shape and an expand shape, comprising the steps of detecting a first touch input touching a first area of the digital device in the single shape, executing a first operation based on the detected first touch input, and cancelling the first operation upon detecting that the digital device is changed to the expand shape from the single shape while the first touch input is maintained.
Abstract:
The present specification relates to a head mounted display (HMD) and a method of controlling therefor. More specifically, the present specification provides a method for a user wearing an HMD to recognize at least one object positioned at the front via a virtual map. The HMD includes a display unit configured to display visual information, a position sensing unit configured to sense a position of the HMD, a camera unit configured to sense at least one object positioned at the front of the HMD, and a processor configured to control the display unit, the position sensing unit, and the camera unit. The processor is further configured to obtain position information of the HMD, generate a first virtual map indicating a virtual object corresponding to the at least one object positioned at the front of the HMD, based on the position information of the HMD, and display the first virtual map.
Abstract:
A method of controlling a portable device according to one embodiment of the present specification can display an augmented reality image corresponding to a marker before the marker is displayed. The method includes the steps of configuring an angle of view of a camera unit as a first angle of view and an angle of view of a display unit as a second angle of view, wherein the second angle of view is less than the first angle of view, detecting a marker at an angle less than the first angle of view and larger than the second angle of view, and displaying a first part of an augmented reality image corresponding to the marker, wherein the first part may correspond to a part of the augmented reality image positioned within the second angle of view.
Abstract:
