Abstract:
A method for a base station (BS) operating in a wireless communication system, the method includes transmitting, to a user equipment (UE), first information indicating a threshold value for an uplink data split operation; and receiving a buffer status report (BSR) from the UE, wherein a value of a buffer size in the BSR is determined based on second information that indicates an amount of data available for transmission for a packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) entity of the UE when the amount of the data available for transmission is larger than the threshold value.

The present invention relates to an IoT (Internet of Things) device, a mobile terminal, a method of pairing the IoT device using the mobile terminal, and a control method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method includes the steps of, when an IoT device contacted with at least one side of the mobile terminal is recognized, generating a vibration using a designated vibration pattern, receiving vibration pattern information from the IoT device, and when the received vibration pattern information is identical to the designated vibration pattern, performing paring with the IoT device. According to the embodiments of the present invention, a user can intuitively perform pairing between the mobile terminal and the IoT device through the paring method between the mobile terminal and the IoT device.

Provided is a method for reporting mobility information by means of a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method includes generating mobility information and reporting the mobility information via a network. The mobility information includes mobility state information indicating the estimated mobility state of the terminal, and mobility history information relating to the mobility history of the terminal.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method and a device for calculating and reporting a buffer status in the wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) data transmission ratio and an offset value; calculating a first buffer status for the first BS and a second buffer status for the second BS based on the PDCP data transmission ratio; starting a timer for the first BS when the calculated first buffer status is reported to the first BS; checking whether an uplink (UL) grant is received from the first BS when the timer for the first BS expires; and updating the PDCP data transmission ratio using the offset value if the UL grant is not received from the first BS; and re-calculating the first buffer status for the first BS and the second buffer status for the second BS based on the updated PDCP data transmission ratio.
Abstract:
There is provided a method for adjusting a transmission power. The method may comprise: classifying, by a user equipment (UE), a plurality of cells into groups, each of which includes one or more cells belonging to the same base station; determining, by the UE, a transmission power for each group; and adjusting, by the UE, the determined transmission power for each group such that a summation of transmission powers for cells included in each group is less than or equal to a maximum transmission power configured for each group.
