    摘要: A pre-polymerized catalyst component for the polymerization of olefins CH2═CHR, wherein R is hydrogen or a C1-C12 hydrocarbon group, characterized by comprising a non-stereospecific solid catalyst component, comprising Ti, Mg and a halogen, said pre-polymerized catalyst component containing an amount of a (co)polymer of a monomer having formula CH2═CHA, where A is a C6 aliphatic or aromatic ring, optionally substituted, up to 5 g per g of said solid catalyst component. Said prepolymerized catalyst shows an excellent balance in terms of activity, morphological stability, reduced tendency to agglomeration and hydrogen response.

    摘要: A process for preparing a broad molecular weight polyethylene carried out in the presence of a catalyst system comprising (i) a solid catalyst component comprising Mg, Ti, halogen, and optionally an internal electron donor compound, and (ii) an Al-alkyl cocatalyst said process comprising at least two step of polymerization (a) and (b), in which: in a first step (a) ethylene is polymerized in the presence of a molecular weight regulator in order to produce a ethylene (co)polymer, and in a further step (b), which is carried out in the presence of an external electron donor compound added to this polymerization step as a fresh reactant, ethylene is copolymerized with an alpha olefin of formula CH2═CHR, in which R is a C1-C20 hydrocarbon group, to produce an ethylene copolymer having a molecular weight higher than that of the copolymer produced in step (b).

    摘要: The present invention relates to a solid catalyst component for the polymerization of olefins CH2═CHR in which R is hydrogen or a hydrocarbon radical with 1–12 carbon atoms, comprising Mg, Ti, halogen and an electron donor selected from succinates, said catalyst component being obtainable by a process comprising the following steps: (a) dissolving a halide of magnesium in a solvent system comprising an organic epoxy compound or an organic phosphorus compound and optionally an inert diluent to form a solution; (b) mixing the obtained solution with a titanium compound to form a mixture; (c) precipitating a solid from the mixture obtained in step (b) in the presence of a succinate and/or an auxiliary precipitant; (d) if a succinate is not used in step (c), contacting the solid obtained in (c) with a succinate, and (e) treating the solid obtained in (c) or (d) with a titanium compound optionally in the presence of an inert diluent.
