Abstract: A clip for securing one or more cables in a cable aisle of a computing device comprises a housing portion and a sliding portion. The housing portion has a first sidewall and a second sidewall that are coupled via a base. A cable channel is defined between the first sidewall and the second sidewall. The cable channel is configured to accommodate the one or more cables. The sliding portion is coupled to the first sidewall of the housing portion. The sliding portion has a lifting member extending across the cable channel from the first sidewall to the second sidewall. The sliding portion is configured to be moveable between a lowered position and a raised position. The lifting member moves from a first end of the cable channel to a second end of the cable channel, when the sliding portion moves from the lowered position to the raised position.

Abstract: A cable holder for retaining cables in a system sled is disclosed. The cable holder includes a base bracket, a clip holder, a retention clip, and a releasable latch. The base bracket is couplable to the system sled. The clip holder is coupled to the base bracket via a hinge. The clip holder is configured to rotate relative to the base bracket, and around a rotational axis through the hinge between a first lowered position proximate to the system sled and a second raised position substantially distal from the system sled. The retention clip is coupled to the clip holder, and configured to retain a portion of the cables in the system sled. The releasable latch is operable to lock the clip holder into either the first lowered position or the second raised position.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for a partition in a chassis, which can transition between at least two positions to receive more than one configuration of modules. The partition can include a first end and a second end, each of which has resting positions adjacent to the chassis body. The partition can further include a middle portion, which is in a raised position above the floor of the chassis body, but can bend flexibly towards the floor. In a first configuration of the chassis, a single, larger module can slide over the partition. In a second configuration of the chassis, two smaller modules can slide into adjacent positions in the chassis body, separated by the partition.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides for a computer chassis design, which includes a sled and a sliding bracket. The sliding bracket includes a removable power supplier socket on a first end and a sliding return lever on the second end. When the sled is removed from the computer chassis, the removable power supplier socket can move out of the chassis via a set of mechanisms. The set of mechanisms can include an elastic element to cause the power supplier socket to automatically rotate out of the chassis. The sled can be shaped to extend behind the power supplier socket.

Abstract: A server includes a housing, a sled, a cable sleeve mounted to the sled, and an obstruction in the housing. The housing defines a sled channel and a cable channel. The sled can be inserted into the sled channel. A cable is positioned in the cable sleeve. The obstruction is aligned with the cable channel. Prior to the sled being inserted into the housing, the cable sleeve is in a first position aligned with the obstruction and the cable channel. As the sled is inserted into the housing, contact between the cable sleeve and the obstruction moves the cable sleeve to a second position. In the second position, the cable sleeve is not aligned with the obstruction and is positioned in the sled channel. The cable sleeve is biased towards the first position. As the cable sleeve travels past the obstruction, the cable sleeve moves back to the first position.

Abstract: A flexible shoulder pin module includes a barrel having an annular head portion, a cylindrical body portion, and a through-hole extending from a top surface of the body portion to a bottom end of the head portion; and a shoulder pin having a shaft portion and a shoulder portion formed thereon. The through-hole includes a first portion adjacent to the top surface of the body portion, and a second portion having a greater diameter than the first portion. The shaft portion is insertable through the first portion into the second portion. The shoulder portion is configured to adjustably extend above the top surface of the body portion to clamp a panel thereto. A compressible device is configured to be disposed around the shaft portion and secured by a stopper panel, which is coupled to the shaft portion and placed adjacent to the head portion within the second portion.
