    摘要: A method of producing a hologram element is disclosed that is able to prevent spread of a polymerization reaction and light leakage during exposure with interference light, and improve productivity in mass production. The hologram element is for transmitting, reflecting, diffracting, or scattering incident light, and includes a pair of substrates, an isolation member between the substrates that forms an isolated region, and a photo-sensitive recording material sealed in the isolated region. The hologram element includes a periodic structure formed by exposing the recording material to interference light. The interference light is generated by two or more light beams, or by using a master hologram. The recording material is formed from a composite material including a polymerized polymer or a polymerized liquid crystal. The periodic structure is formed by exposing the recording material to the interference light to induce the polymerization reaction and phase separation in the composite material.

    摘要: An image forming apparatus having a photoconductive element or similar image carrier, and an intermediate transfer belt or similar intermediate image carrier to which a toner image is transferred from the image carrier. A lubricating oil additive whose major component is zinc stearate is melted and then solidified by cooling to form a flat plate-like agent. The agent is transformed to fine particles and applied to the surface of the intermediate transfer belt to eliminate toner filming on the belt. The agent also serves to enhance the parting ability of the belt surface, thereby insuring efficient image transfer from the belt to a recording medium. The surfaces of the photoconductive element, belt and recording medium are so conditioned as to satisfy a predetermined relation with respect to the coefficient of friction.

    摘要: The present invention provides a sheet-shaped polymer secondary battery of layer built type which is a laminate of plurality of sheet-shaped unit cells each of which comprising the following elements (a) to (c):(a) a positive electrode made of a film-shaped polymer having conjugated double bonds and provided with a thin metal layer at one side of the surface of the film and capable of reversibly doping and undoping negative ions,(b) a negative electrode made of a film-shaped polymer having conjugated double bonds and provided with a thin metal layer at one side of the surface of the film and capable of reversibly doping and undoping positive ions, and(c) an insulating porous separator supporting a dopant-containing electrolyte and existing between the positive electrode and the negative electrode.By the use of the sheet-shaped polymer secondary battery of layer built type according to the present invention, the current-collecting efficiency can be enhanced and also the charging-discharging efficiency can be increased.

    摘要: A fluid ejection device ejecting a fluid, the fluid ejection device includes: a fluid container; a fluid ejection unit; a delivery needle; a guard cover; and a guide. The fluid container includes a container portion and a withdrawal portion. The container portion contains a fluid for ejection, and the withdrawal portion allows withdrawal of the fluid contained in the container portion. The fluid ejection unit ejects a fluid onto an ejection target. The delivery needle provides a flow passage which communicates with the fluid ejection unit. The guard cover projects over the delivery needle. The guide mates with the fluid container, and then slidably guides the withdrawal portion toward a locking position where the delivery needle sticks through the withdrawal portion.
