    摘要: A watch body for an electronic watch containing an integrated circuit chip and a printed circuit board is disclosed. The watch body comprises an upper case and a bottom cover which are selectively interconnected one with the other. A lead package frame is sandwiched between the upper case and the bottom cover and contains a plurality of electrical leads disposed thereon and electrically coupled to the integrated circuit chip. The lead frame has first and second sides with the first side having a first cavity with the integrated circuit chip matingly engaged therein. The plurality of leads are disposed on the first side of the lead frame so as to surround this first cavity down the circuit chip. The second side of the lead frame has a second cavity with the printed circuit board disposed therein. By the use of the watch body of the instant invention, a significantly smaller number of components, a simpler manufacturing process is achieved.

    摘要: A disk-shaped substrate supports on its front side a liquid-crystal cell bracketed by an upper and a lower glass plate and on its rear side an electric battery along with circuit elements for controlling the selective energization of various electrode leads of the cell to generate different digital symbols, the substrate being sandwiched between two flexible printed sheets whose conductors establish the necessary connections between the battery and the electrode leads of the cell. The connection between corresponding conductors of the two printed sheets is established by metal pins passing insulatedly through apertures in the substrate. A crystal oscillator included in the control circuit is enclosed in a sealed envelope which is received in a trough of the rear substrate face offset from a depression for the battery, the front substrate face being provided with a recess accommodating a chip connected in the wiring pattern of the printed sheet overlying that front face whose extremities are flexed around the lower glass plate to establish contact with conductor terminals carried on projecting marginal portions of the upper glass plate.

    摘要: A transparent coated resin composite comprising: (a) a resin substrate mainly comprising polymethyl methacrylate, (b) a precoating which is formed of a silicon compound selected from the group consisting of methacryloxyalkyltrialkoxysilanes, aminoalkyl-trialkoxysilanes, vinyltris(alkoxyalkoxy)silanes, vinyltrialkoxysilanes and hydrolysates thereof on said substrate, and (c) an over-coating which is formed of a silicon compound selected from the group consisting of glycidoxyalkyltrialkoxysilanes, N-aminoalkylaminoalkyl-trialkoxysilanes, (3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)alkyltrialkoxysilanes and hydrolysates thereof on said precoating is provided. The over-coating may contain other polymerizable monomers. The over-coating which provides the substrate with the good abrasion resistance and anti-fogging property is firmly bonded to the substrate by virtue of the precoating and exhibits excellent abrasion resistance as well as anti-fogging property without impairing the optical characteristics of methyl methacrylate resins.

    摘要: An aromatic polymer film substrate, or a grafted aromatic polymer film substrate having a monomer introduced therein as graft chains is irradiated with ionizing radiation to impart a crosslinked structure. The aromatic polymer film substrate or the grafted aromatic polymer film substrate, provided with the crosslinked structure, is directly sulfonated to obtain a crosslinked aromatic polymer electrolyte membrane. The crosslinked aromatic polymer electrolyte membrane has low water uptake, high proton conductivity, low methanol permeability, high chemical stability, and excellent mechanical characteristics. A method for producing the crosslinked aromatic polymer electrolyte membrane is also provided.

A control unit applies a high frequency magnetic field with the original loop unit and receives magnetic resonance signals with the split loop units.
