    摘要: An aluminum sheet for use in spot welding has an anodic oxide film with a thickness of 50 .mu.m or less on at least one surface thereof. The anodic oxide film is preferably overlaid with a plating layer predominantly comprising at least one metal selected from the group consisting of Zn, Cr, Co, Ni, Fe, and Mn. The aluminum sheet can be produced by subjecting an aluminum or aluminum alloy sheet to anodic oxidation in an acidic solution having a pH of 4 or less conditions of from 2 to 200 V in voltage and from 0.2 to 200 seconds in duration, optionally followed by electroplating in an acidic plating bath.

    摘要: A connector provided with an unlocking member comprises: a female connector housing formed with a locking pawl portion; a male connector housing formed with a flexible locking arm having a locking projection engaged with the locking pawl portion of the female connector housing; an unlocking member formed with an unlock drive projection and a male connector removal portion. When moved within the female connector housing, the unlocking member deforms the flexible locking arm by bringing the unlock drive projection thereof into contact with the locking projection to disengage the locking projection from the locking pawl portion and further removes the male connector housing from the female connector housing by the male connector removal portion thereof. In the connector, since the locking condition of both male and female connector housings can be released simply by pulling-out or pushing-in the unlocking member, it is possible to facilitate connector unlocking work within a narrow space.

    摘要: An improved electrical connector is described herein. The electrical connector includes a male connector member and a female connector member to be fitted to the male connector member. The male connector member includes an intermediate connector section and a joint connector section both having a plurality of electrical terminals therein. The female connector member also includes an intermediate connector section having a plurality of electrical terminals therein and a joint connector section having no electrical terminals therein, in which the electrical terminals in the intermediate connector section of the female connector member are adapted to be connected to the terminals in the intermediate connector section of the male connector member to establish electrical connection between these terminals when the male and female connector members are fitted together. The electrical connector further includes a joint member for establishing electrical connection among at least two of the terminals in the second section of the first connector member. The joint member is adapted to be removably fitted to the at least two electrical terminals of the second section of the first connector member and to achieve electrical connection therebetween through the connecting member when the joint member is fitted thereto.

    摘要: A mechanism for detecting an unlocked state of connectors is provided. An interfering portion for interfering with a slider which is not pushed in is formed on a mating component to which a component having first and second connectors is attached. The locking plate of the slider is provided with an inclined portion and a flat portion in a direction perpendicular to the connector engagement direction. The second connector is provided with an inclined surface corresponding to the inclined portion, a flat surface corresponding to the flat portion, and an insertion opening adjacent to the flat surface for accommodating the locking plate. When the flat portion is completely in contact with the flat surface, the length of the protruding portion of the slider is the same as the width of the clearance between the second connector and the interfering portion. When the inclined portion slides along the inclined surface so that the terminals of the connectors are separated from each other, the length of the protruding portion of the slider is the same as the width of the clearance. A side surface of the interfering portion faces to the operation surface of the pushed-in slider.
