摘要： A semiconductor integrated circuit device is equipped with a DRAM whose memory cell is formed as a series circuit of a memory cell selection MISFET and a data storage capacitance element of a stacked structure. A complementary data line extends on an upper electrode layer of the data storage capacitance element of the stacked structure through an inter-level insulation film which is connected to a semiconductor region of the memory cell selection MISFET. To reduce parasitic capacitance the wiring width of the complementary data line is formed to be smaller than the film thickness of the inter-level insulation film between the complementary data line and the upper electrode layer of said data storage capacitance element of the stacked structure.

摘要： The present invention relates to a composite lens and a method for manufacturing the same, particularly to a composite lens in which a second lens component is coupled to a first lens component at part of a first surface, and intends to improve optical characteristics. A composite lens (1) has a first lens component (10) and a second lens component (20). The first lens component (10) has a first surface including a first lens surface (13), a peripheral surface (15a) surrounding the first lens surface (13) and a ring surface (17a) included in the peripheral surface (15a) and surrounding the first lens surface (13), and a second lens surface (12) on the opposite side of the first lens surface (13). The second lens component (20) is coupled to the first lens component (10) at part of the first surface surrounded by the ring surface (17a). The ring surface (17a) is positioned on a portion of the first lens component protruding from a joint portion (14) between the first lens surface (13) and the peripheral surface (15a) in a first direction from the second lens surface (20) to the first lens surface (10) along an optical axis of the first lens component (10) and is exposed out of the second lens component (20).

This provides a charging member to the surface of which toners and external additives used in the toners can not easily cling even because of repeated use over a long period of time and which therefore enables charging and image reproduction which are stable over a long period of time, even when used in the DC contact charging method; and further provides a process cartridge and an electrophotographic apparatus which have such a charging member.
