摘要： This invention pertains to a method of separating iron sheets from washed iron products. The method includes the following steps: crushing wasted iron products into pieces; transporting the crushed pieces on a conveyer; and separating iron sheet pieces from the crushed pieces on the conveyer by virtue of a magnetic separator placed over the conveyer, wherein the iron sheet pieces staying on the conveyer in a standing state are selectively subjected to an upward force. By applying the upward force to the sheet-shaped iron pieces staying on the conveyer, the balance between magnetic and gravitational force is lost and the iron sheet pieces are smoothly attracted by the magnetic separator.

摘要： A crane apparatus is disclosed. A hoisting accessory is traversed by rotating rotating drums by driving of a traversing motor to take up or pay out wire ropes. Continuously variable transmissions are provided for changing rotational speeds of the rotating drums. A control device controls the continuously variable transmissions in a gear changing manner so that forces imposed on the drums by the wire ropes will be balanced. Thus, torques acting on the pair of drums are canceled out in all areas in which the hoisting accessory moves, whereby the capacity of the drive motor can be reduced.

The ring gear further has a second portion that extends from the given point to the other axial end, which second portion has a larger thickness that the first portion of the ring gear that extends from the above-indicated one axial end to the given point.

The piston includes a generally cylindrical portion having projections extending axially in circumferentially spaced and parallel relation. The piston has a pressure surface engageable with the clutch disc upon the piston forcing the clutch disc. The piston also has a portion defined by a surface recessed from the pressure surface. The portion is disposed in a radial inner periphery of the cylindrical portion and extends along the axis. A groove is disposed within that portion.
