Provided in an embodiment of the present invention are a broadcast service resource allocation method, a resource management center and an MME, the method includes: a network side receiving a tracking area update (TAU) request message reported by a user equipment (UE) after the UE moves, and determining according to the TAU request message that a first multimedia broadcast multicast service over a single frequency network (MBSFN) to which the UE belongs before the UE moves is different from a second MBSFN to which the UE belongs after the UE moves; the network side adjusting broadcasts within the first MBSFN and the second MBSFN respectively according to a service subscribed or being received by the UE.

A wireless communication method for use in an anchor node includes receiving, from a serving node, a context request associated with a wireless terminal and an indication for a small data transmission. A first message is transmitted to a serving node and includes configuration information of the small data transmission. A second message is received from the serving node comprising downlink information of the small data transmission. The small data transmission is then performed.

Methods, apparatus, and systems that establish Multicast and Broadcast Service sessions based on existing tunnels between the core network and radio access nodes are disclosed. In one example aspect, a wireless communication method includes receiving, by a first communication node, a request from a core network node to establish a session. The request comprises a list of tunnels established between the core network node and other communication nodes to provide multicast and broadcast service. The method includes selecting, by the first communication node, a channel from the list of tunnels included in the request to establish a multicast and broadcast session that corresponds to the session. The method also includes transmitting, by the first communication node to the core network node, a response indicating an establishment of the session. The response includes information associated with the selected channel between the second communication node and the core network node.

An example SC-MCCH sending method includes: generating, by a base station, SC-MCCH information for indicating configuration information of a Single Cell Point-to-Multipoint (SC-PTM) service; sending, by the base station, frequency domain scheduling information of the SC-MCCH information on a Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH); and sending, by the base station, the SC-MCCH information on a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH). The SC-MCCH information includes: a mapping relationship between a TMGI of the SC-PTM service and a G-RNTI of the SC-PTM service on the PDCCH, and information of a time domain location of the SC-PTM service.

Provided is a method for sending a V2X service. The method includes: a Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) Application Server (AS) classifies and identifies the V2X service, where different types of V2X service have different identifiers; the V2X AS sends a request message to a Broadcast Multicast Service Center (BM-SC), where the request message is used for instructing the BM-SC to establish a Multimedia Broadcast Multicast Service (MBMS) bearing corresponding to an identifier of the V2X service; and the V2X AS sends the V2X service through the MBMS bearing established by the BM-SC.

In the method, a base station sends a system broadcast message, which includes configuration information of the SC-MCCH configured by the base station, the configuration information includes a Modification Period (MP) of the SC-MCCH and time-domain location information of the SC-MCCH, and the configuration information further includes at least one of: a Repetition Period (RP) of the SC-MCCH, configuration information of SC-MCCH change notification information, and a value tag.
