摘要: A method for making a floor or wall panel has a foamed polymer core. A foamable polymer powder is foamed between two conveyor belts in the forming zone of a steel belt press. The sum of the thicknesses of the two conveyor belts and the total thickness of the layers at the entrance of the steel belt press is less than or equal to the opening of the steel belt press at the entrance of the steel belt press. The sum of the thicknesses of the two conveyor belts and the total thickness of the substrate at the outlet of the steel belt press is equal to the opening of the steel belt press at the outlet of the steel belt press and greater than the sum of the thicknesses of the two conveyor belts and the total thickness of the layers at the entrance of the steel belt press.

摘要: A system for producing foams for prosthetics and orthotics include a heated housing that stores monomer containers, temperature-controlled hoses separately coupled with the containers and configured to receive monomers from the containers, a dispensing gun assembly fluidly coupled with the containers by the hoses, and a computer controller configured to control a dispensing time period during which the monomers are dispensed from the containers and through the hoses to the dispensing gun assembly and dispensed out of the dispensing gun assembly as a polymer foam. The controller is configured to stop dispensing of the polymer foam out of the dispensing gun assembly upon expiration of the dispensing time period.

The above-described problem is solved by a foam molding method comprising a resin filling step of filling a mold (2), clamped by a predetermined mold clamping force (Pc), with a resin (R) at a predetermined molding injection pressure (Pi), a filling stopping step of stopping the filling of the resin (R) when, while monitoring a mold gap (Lm) of the mold (2) during the filling, a predetermined mold gap value set in advance is reached, a surface layer curing and filled resin cooling step of curing a surface layer of the resin (R) for a certain time and cooling the filled resin (R) for a certain time after the filling of the resin (R) is stopped, a volume controlling step of controlling a volume increase by reducing the mold clamping force after curing the surface layer of the resin (R) for a certain time, and a taking out step of taking out a foam-molded product by opening the mold (2) after the volume control is performed and after cooling the filled resin (R) for a certain time.

摘要: Present invention is related to a microwave and electromagnetic heated foaming method, mold and foaming material thereof. The microwave and electromagnetic heated foaming method comprises steps of adding a foam material into a mold, simultaneously applying a microwave and electromagnetic energy toward the mold under a normal or low pressure, and the microwave and electromagnetic energy made the foam material into molded foam body. The mold of the present invention has a microwave penetrating part and an electromagnetic heating part. The microwave penetrating part has an extruded bottom that is corresponded to a dented top of the electromagnetic heat penetrating part. By utilizing the microwave and electromagnetic energy, the present invention is about to provide an efficient way for processing the foaming material compared to the conventional infrared or electrical heated tube heating and achieve the foam method that can be executed under normal or low pressure.
