    Abstract: A block shaped to fit onto an end of a block and tackle window balance containment tube which controls excessive airflow into and out of the jamb channel of the window frame to assist with the insulating function of the window frame and to substantially prohibit the accumulation of dirt and dust within the balance containment tube. The block is secured to the end of the balance containment tube by a rigid or semi-rigid retainer. The block itself may consist of either a pliable or rigid material.

The pulley case has a fixing portion 15 of the outer casing which slidably houses an inner cable. The fixing portion has grooves of roughly U-shaped cross section.     Abstract: A sliding door includes a frame comprising an elongated header member having a topwall, a backwall, an intermediate wall and a bottom wall. The bottom wall and intermediate wall are engageable with sliding door panel support rollers and the bottom wall and intermediate wall are interconnected by a separate support member to distribute door panel loads between such walls. A movable cover is attached to the header member by a hinge part including spaced apart flanges and projections co-operable with projections on the header member to support the cover in open and closed positions. The door operator is supported in the header member by a single angle-shaped frame member supporting a power supply, a controller and a door operator motor. An adjustable torsion bar assembly supports the door panel against sagging.

    Abstract: A drivable flap hinge for connecting a flaps such as a front hood or a trunk lid, to a body of an automobile in an articulated manner.     Abstract: An object is to suppress rattling of a lid due to a clearance in a link mechanism. A lid opening/closing device includes an actuator box in which an actuator is housed, and a link mechanism interposed between the actuator and a lid. The link mechanism includes a shaft member extending between the actuator box and a lid box. The lid box has a fitting hole into which another axial end portion of the shaft member mounted to the actuator box at one axial end portion thereof before assembly between both boxes is inserted. Both boxes have a guide portion for guiding both boxes during the assembly by inserting the shaft member into the fitting hole. The guide portion has a rotation guide portion for rotating the actuator box about an axis of the shaft member toward a lid closing side with respect to the lid box during the assembly.
