Abstract:
A carrier for connection of a window pane to a window lift of a motor vehicle comprises guiding claws spaced apart from each other in a longitudinal direction of a guide rail of the window lift for guiding the carrier on the guide rail. The carrier includes a window pane holder for connecting the window pane with the carrier and an adjusting device for adjusting the position and/or orientation of the window pane with respect to the guide rail. To ensure an exact bearing of the window pane on an associated sealing contour on a motor vehicle body with simple constructive means, little mounting effort and few components, at least one guiding claw is adjustable in a direction vertical to the longitudinal extension of the guide rail or in longitudinal extension of the guide rail and vertical to the longitudinal extension of the guide rail.
Abstract:
A guiding system for a sliding door, especially a motor vehicle, comprising a sliding rail (5) with an upper cover (6) and a lower edge (7) arranged opposite the upper cover (6), and a roller element (101) which is guided in the sliding rail (5) and comprises a roller element housing (102) is presented. Three rollers (103, 104) are rotatably fixed to the roller element housing (102), two rollers (103) extending along the upper cover (6) of the sliding rail (5) and the third roller (104) extending along the lower edge (7). The invention creates one such guiding system in such a way that there is no play, it operates quietly, and has a taut system characteristic. To this end, a spring element (109) is fixed to the roller element housing (102), said spring element pressing on of the first two roller (103) and the third roller (104) against the sliding rail (5).
Abstract:
A cassette for force transmission in a window winder, with fitting means for fitting at least one force-introducing means on the cassette. The fitting means have a passage opening which completely penetrates the cassette from a first cassette side to a second cassette side and the force-introducing means, which is passed through the passage opening, can be fitted on the cassette by the fitting means.
Abstract:
A closure assembly for a motor vehicle includes a closure member, a guide track and a carrier operably secured to the guide track for movement along the guide track and carrying the closure member therewith. A rack has a plurality of teeth and extends along the guide track. A pinion gear is carried by the carrier and has teeth engaging the rack. A motor is operably connected to the pinion gear to selectively move the closure member from one position to another. The carrier includes at least one engagement member biased into engagement with the guide track to prevent binding of the carrier with the guide track and to maintain contact between the pinion gear and the rack.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a path-guided window lifter for a motor vehicle, with a guideway in a guide plate, two slide elements interacting with the upper and lower side of the guide plate for guiding the follower perpendicular to the surface of the guide plate and with an additional slide element which interacts through slide faces with opposite flanks of the guideway and guides the follower in the surface of the guide plate. The object of the present invention is to develop a window lifter of this kind so that increased wear on the slide block can be counteracted. The slide faces are attached spring-elastically to the additional slide element.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a continuously controlled window regulator which comprises a coupling disc arranged on a guide plate in a motor vehicle and can he displaced along a displacement trajectory formed by a window guide rail. Said coupling disc comprises guiding elements which arc arranged on the window guide rail, on the front and rear edges of the guide plate. At least the first guiding element arranged on the front edge of the guide plate and at least the second guiding element arranged on the rear edge thereof are disposed in such a way that they arc movable with respect to each other for mounting. The first guiding element can be placed into a mounting position in order to be mounted on the guide rail of the guide plate. The coupling disc can be pre-produced in the form of an individual element with the aid of plug pins and positioned on the guide plate in the mounting position in such a way that it is movable across the opening of the guide rail and afterwards fixable in a desired position with a bayonet movement of the second guiding element.
Abstract:
A slide member for use in an automotive vehicle. The slide apparatus includes a first slide member having a slidably contacting surface. Additionally, a second slide member is provided having a slidably contacting surface which is in slidable contact with the slidably contacting surface of the first slide member. In this slide apparatus, at least one of the slidably contacting surfaces of the first and second slide members is formed of a transferable water repellent material having a water repellency and a sufficient transferability to form a transferred film of the transferable water repellent material on at least the other slidably contacting surface.
Abstract:
A window lifter includes a rope or a Bowden cable and is used in motor vehicles. The window lifter also includes guide rails that are integrated into the base surface of a carrier plate of a motor vehicle door. The window lifter also includes carriers that can be displaced along the guide rails and receive a window pane as well as reversing devices that are arranged at the ends of the guide rails. The rope engages with the carriers and a drive device and is guided via the reversing devices. The guide rails protrude from the base surface of the carrier plate, have a slot that extends in the longitudinal direction and are covered on the open base side of the carrier plate in a dampproof manner. The carriers can be at least partially situated on the external and internal side of the guide rails and pass through the respective slot to engage with the rails.
Abstract:
A slider (10) is provided for use with an elongated channel (12) having a pair of spaced apart side walls (14, 16) interconnected by a base wall (18) and an upper wall (20, 22) projecting from each side wall spaced from and generally parallel to the base wall. The slider has a body portion (30) defined by a top surface (32), bottom surface (34) and plurality of side surfaces (36) interconnecting the top and bottom surfaces. The slider also has a plurality of axial slots (42) extending between the top and bottom surfaces adjacent each side surface and a plurality of lateral slots (52) extending between each of the side surfaces and the respective axial slot (42) for allowing the side surface to flex and bias the slider between the side walls of the channel (12). The slider (10) further has a plurality of raised ridges (44) projecting from each of the top and bottom surfaces for flexing and biasing the slider between the upper walls and the base wall of the channel. Finally, the slider includes a plurality of semi-spherical embosses (48) extending from the top and bottom surfaces for slidably engaging and guiding the slider between the upper walls and the base wall within the channel (12).
Abstract:
A slidable contoured side door of an automotive vehicle equipped with a guidance structure that permits full travel of the door without adversely affecting door stability. The guidance structure may include a carriage movable along a relatively short track at the door lower edge and a stabilizer arm having limited sliding motion relative to the door. The relative sliding motion enables the contoured door to be out of registry with the door opening when the door is in the fully open position. This enables the door opening to be unobstructed so that passengers or cargo can more easily pass through the door opening.
