This wide spacing minimizes the torque borne by the bearings for a given external load, because at least one bearing is placed closer to the expected load application point (e.g., the center of gravity of the wheel attached to the wheel hub of the drive unit). The present wheel drive bearings can support a heavy external load without expanding the overall size and configuration of a given wheel drive application.

    摘要: Disclosed are a decelerator configured so that a planet gear type first deceleration unit is provided inside a cycloid type second deceleration unit to provide eccentric rotational force to the second deceleration unit and a motor brake with the same. In the decelerator, the increase in axial thickness of a motor is restrained, and a deceleration ratio is effectively increased. In the motor brake with the decelerator, the deceleration ratio of the motor is increased, and the increase in total length of the motor brake is restrained by the decelerator, thereby improving space utilization.

    摘要: A drive unit with a planetary gear mechanism includes a stationary housing. A drive motor is eccentrically positioned on an end face of the stationary housing. A preliminary gear stage of the drive unit includes (i) an externally toothed spur gear shaft operatively connected to an output shaft of the drive motor, and (ii) an internally toothed gear that is operatively connected to the spur gear shaft, and that is coaxial with and is further operatively connected to a sun gear shaft. A hub housing is mounted on the stationary housing by at least two bearings, and has at least one integrated internal gear. At least two planetary stages are positioned downstream of the sun gear shaft, and are configured to transmit converted torque of the drive motor to the hub housing via the at least one integrated internal gear.

The reduced torsional loading is achieved in that the connection is a connecting web which is connected to that cheek of the planet web which is acted upon by an admission of load/moment, and is arranged in the region between two planet wheels and within the ring gear.

    摘要: A power transmission system for a wind turbine comprises a gearbox and generator. The gearbox includes a gearbox housing and gearbox output member. The generator includes: a generator housing having a drive-end side and non-drive-end side, the drive-end side being coupled to the gearbox housing; a stator supported by the generator housing; a rotor having a rotor shaft coupled to the gearbox output member and a rotor body coupled to the rotor shaft; a non-drive-end shield coupled to the non-drive-end side; a spindle extending from the non-drive-end shield in the axial direction; and at least one generator bearing positioned between the rotor shaft and spindle. The generator bearing(s) support the gearbox output member and rotor shaft. A method of assembling or servicing such a power transmission system is also provided.
