    摘要: A servo drive for the set ring of a louver for a motor vehicle has a self-locking gear motor, the output shaft of which is coupled with a control crank. The end of the control crank turned away from the output shaft is connected by way of a link in a toggle-like manner with a positioning rod that is longer by a multiple of its length, of which the end turned away from the control crank is coupled with the set ring. A housing that protects the crank drive extends along the circumference of the set ring and is fastened on the radiator frame together with a servo drive housing.

    摘要: The invention relates to a shut-off device comprising a housing which is to be connected to an adjacent conduit in a pressure-tight manner. A tubular passage is defined in the housing for a medium flowing through the conduit. Said device also comprises at least one sealing body which can be displaced by an articulated mechanism, by means of an adjusting drive that can be moved vertically in relation to the direction of flow, from an open position into a closed position in which the sealing contour of the at least one sealing body comes into contact with the tubular passage in a radially sealing manner. The articulated mechanism is guided parallel to the direction of displacement of the adjusting drive and comprises a bearing body to which the at least one sealing body is pivotably applied. The inventive shut-off device is characterized in that the bearing body comprises two diametrically opposed ribs and two corresponding grooves are formed in the wall of the housing or in an insert at least partially lining the housing, the ribs forming a span extending transversally to the direction of flow of the medium.

    摘要: The system according to the invention for producing cement clinkers from raw cement mix is composed substantially of a pre-warmer for pre-warming the raw cement mix, a calcination device for pre-calcining the pre-warmed raw cement mix, a sintering kiln for firing the pre-calcined raw cement mix to form cement clinkers, and a cooler for cooling the fired cement clinker. Additionally provided between the cooler and the calcination device is a tertiary air line via which tertiary air is supplied to the calcination device. The calcination device is additionally traversed by the waste gases of the sintering kiln and has a calcining nozzle in its inlet region. Also provided are means for setting the cross section of the calcining nozzle, which means are formed by at least one element which is arranged in a rotatable or pivotable fashion in order to set the cross section and which is exposed to the waste gases of the sintering kiln.

The EGC valve comprises a valve housing having at least one inlet port, at least one outlet port, and a flow channel having a centerline extending between the ports. A valve seat is adjacent an opening in the at least one outlet port. The EGC valve further comprises a rotatable actuator shaft offset from the centerline. At least one L-shaped valve armature is operably connected to the actuator shaft. The valve armature has a first leg and a second leg. The first leg is connected to the actuator shaft so that rotation of the actuator shaft in a first direction positions the second leg into sealing engagement with the valve seat to close the flow channel.

    摘要: Valve assembly 10 and generally T-shaped fast acting high-output valve 12 suitable to control flow of fluid through base opening 42, wherein valve 12 comprises stem 14 having pivoting end 16 and arm end 18. Two arms 20 are coupled to arm end 18 of stem 14 to form a general T-shape. Arms 20 each have a seating surface 22, a non-seating surface 24, an outer perimeter 26, and an inner perimeter 28. At least one pivoting component 30 is coupled to pivoting end 16, and a force receiving surface 32 is located at least near pivoting end 16 for allowing valve 12 to receive a force thereat and causing an opposite motion at arm end 18. Valve assembly 10 includes valve assembly housing 48, base 38 with at least one valve seat 40 and at least one base opening 42, collector diffuser apparatus 60, and fluid injector 68 with injector opening 70. At least one generally T-shaped valve 12 is pivotably coupled to base 38. Actuator rod 50 and force distributing plate 58 distributes force so that valve 12 is able to pivotably close on valve seat 40 covering base opening 42 and pivotably open from the valve seat 40 exposing base opening 42. Spring component 52 causes valve 12 to be pivotably spring-bias closed on valve seat 40.

    摘要: The present invention provides a flow rate regulation apparatus capable of accurately measuring the flow velocity of air flowing through an exhaust duct and carrying out a flow rate regulation with high precision, though said exhaust duct may be short in length. The flow rate regulation apparatus according to the present invention comprises a means for regulating the sectional area of a passage in an exhaust duct, where the passage is formed at the center of said exhaust duct and said passage is shaped to be symmetrical with respect to the center axis AX of said exhaust duct as a basis. Since the passage formed in the exhaust duct by the passage sectional area regulation means is shaped so as to be symmetrical, no turbulence takes place in an air current flowing along the center axis AX of the exhaust duct. Flow velocity can be accurately determined and maintained by using air velocity measurements along the center axis.
