    摘要: A multi-vane throttling valve for a vacuum process chamber includes a reciprocal vane pivotally connected to and extending backwardly away from a back side of each of a plurality of rotatable vanes, and a stationary reciprocal vane angling assembly fixed in a predefined position and having an assembly pin extending transversely toward the reciprocal vane a predefined distance sufficient to support the reciprocal vane whereby the stationary angling assembly causes the reciprocal vane to pivot in a range between a substantially parallel position with the respective rotatable vane and a transverse position with the respective rotatable vane when the respective rotatable vane is rotated.

    摘要: A large-scale hydraulic variable-speed floating box flap valve includes a hinge support, a valve seat, an upper valve leaf and a lower valve leaf, the valve seat and the hinge support are both fixed on a pump station base. The upper valve leaf is hinge-connected to the hinge support through a pin shaft, and the lower valve leaf is hinge-connected to the upper valve leaf. The upper valve leaf and the lower valve leaf may contact and match the valve seat in a sealed manner through a sealing structure. The upper valve leaf is connected to the lower valve leaf through at least one hydraulic mechanism. The hydraulic mechanism has one end hinge-connected to the upper valve leaf, and the other end hinge-connected to the lower valve leaf. The impact force between the valve leaves and the valve seat is damped by the hydraulic mechanism.

A locking cap (73) is screwed in said radial hole (72) and tightly abutting against said neck (71) of the spherical pin (70) for keeping said spherical pin (70) in a suitable position to enable a correct and precise pivoting between the two adjacent petals (6, 7; 6′, 7′).

The valve body has two passages opposite to each other and two poppet seats disposed opposite to each other and corresponding to the passages. When the valve is in a closed state, both poppets are pressed against the poppet seats and the media is prevented from flowing in either direction. When the valve is in an open state, both poppets axially move away from the poppet seats and the media can flow in either direction.

A servo drive (6) for the set ring (5) has a self-locking gear motor, the output shaft (10) of which is coupled with a control crank (11). The end of the control crank (119 [sic: (11)] turned away from the output shaft (10) is connected by way of a link (12) in a toggle-like manner with a positioning rod (13) that is longer by a multiple of its length, of which the end turned away from the control crank (11) is coupled with the set ring (5). Such a housing (18) that protects the crank drive (11, 13) extends along the circumference of the set ring (5) and is fastened on the radiator frame (3) together with a servo drive housing (9).

    摘要: The present invention is directed to an exhaust gas control (EGC) valve. The EGC valve comprises a valve housing having at least one inlet port, at least one outlet port, and a flow channel having a centerline extending between the ports. A valve seat is adjacent an opening in the at least one outlet port. The EGC valve further comprises a rotatable actuator shaft offset from the centerline. At least one L-shaped valve armature is operably connected to the actuator shaft. The valve armature has a first leg and a second leg. The first leg is connected to the actuator shaft so that rotation of the actuator shaft in a first direction positions the second leg into sealing engagement with the valve seat to close the flow channel.
