摘要: An electric driving device for openable members in which an openable member is opened and closed by rotation of driving shafts provided on right and left sides. The device includes a motor which rotates the driving shafts via a reduction mechanism, and switching relays which switch the rotational direction of the motor. Open and close command switches command the opening and closing of the openable member and a rotation synchronization sensor associated with the motor generates pulses synchronized with the rotation of the motor. A mechanical stopper limits the rotation of the driving shaft which is rotated via the reduction mechanism of the motor and a motor lock detecting means detects locking of the motor by detecting the pulse width generated by the rotation synchronization sensor. Also, an actuation stopping arrangement stops the actuation of an actuation device which supplies current to the motor if a signal is generated by the detection apparatus that detects locking of the motor.

摘要: Oriented polyester films primer coated with a hydrolyzed amino silane are disclosed. These silanes in the unhydrolyzed state have the formula:XSi(R.sup.2).sub.a (R.sup.3).sub.bwherein X is a radical selected from the group consisting of H.sub.2 NR.sup.1 HNR.sup.1 -- and H.sub.2 NR.sup.1 HNR.sup.1 HNR.sup.1 --; the R.sup.1 's are the same or different groups selected from the group consisting of C.sub.1 and C.sub.8 alkyl or phenyl; R.sup.2 is a hydrolyzable group selected from the group consisting of C.sub.1 to C.sub.8 alkoxy, an acetoxy group or a halide; R.sup.3 is a nonreactive, nonhydrolyzable group selected from the group consisting of C.sub.1 to C.sub.3 alkyl or phenyl; (a) is an integer ranging from 1 to 3; (b) is an integer ranging from 0 to 2, with the sum of (a) and (b) being 3.The hydrolyzed aminosilane is applied to the film as an aqueous solution at any suitable stage during manufacture of the film, i.e., before or during the stretching operation, or it may also be applied to the finished film. The resultant primed polyester film is found to exhibit excellent adhesion to other polymeric materials and can be readily laminated to other polymeric films. Adhesive qualities are maintained even at subfreezing temperatures.

摘要: When filling the inner space (14) of an insulating glass unit (4) with a filler gas, a pressure is exerted during filling on the outer surfaces of the glass panes (12, 13) of the insulating glass unit (4) to be filled. For this purpose, an apparatus is suggested with a device (5) for feeding filler gas and with a device (6), by which air and/or gas can be removed from the inner space (14) of the insulating glass unit, wherein two pressure plates (1, 2) are provided which can be placed, during the filling step, with a preselectable pressure against the outer surfaces of the glass panes (12, 13) of the insulating glass unit (4).

摘要: Procedure for preparing a laminated plate structure having an optical fiber situated therein, in which the optical fiber is situated between two respective laminating agent layers, in turn situated between two glass plates, the optical fiber extending out from the structure at opposite ends thereof. Grooves are cut out of the laminating agent layers around both opposite ends of the fiber extending out form the structure, with tubes being inserted over these respective opposite ends of the fiber and into the grooves, so that the fibers can move freely within these respective tubes. Then, the tubes and adjoining plates are adhered to one another, with appropriate compression being applied to form the final laminated structure.

摘要: In a process for bonding two substantially flat elements, a highly viscous sealant containing balls as spacers is applied to a first element in a thickness at least corresponding to the desired distance from the second element and the latter is engaged and pressed onto the first element. The balls (6) are successively added to the sealant in an applicator nozzle (2) prior to the application of the sealant. This process can be performed with an apparatus having an applicator nozzle (2) for the supply and application of the sealant (4) and a ball supply device (10). The latter contains a supply duct (12) for supplying the balls (6), an outlet tube (14) connected at an angle to supply duct (12) and issues via an opening (16) laterally into the applicator nozzle (2) and an impact plunger (18), which is movable by the end remote from applicator nozzle (2) into the outlet tube (14).

摘要: A method and installations for curving sheets of glass. The sheets of glass (9) are heated to the curving temperature in a horizontal position in a continuous furnace (1) and are pressed in a curving station (4) which is adjacent to the continuous furnace (1) by means of an annular frame against a solid surface curving form (40). During the pressing between the annular frame and the solid surface curving form (40), the sheets of glass (9) are pressed against said solid surface curving form (40), in the area located inside the annular frame, by the static pressure of a hot gas under pressure, with the static pressure of the gas being produced in a chamber (32) whose upper surface (33) is defined by the annular frame and is closed by the sheet of glass (9) applied in a sealed manner against said annular frame.
