摘要： An electric hoist comprising an electric motor and a sheave driven by the electric motor via a reduction gear. The reduction gear comprises a pair of helical gears meshing with each other. One of the helical gears is axially movably arranged on a shaft and is moved in the axial direction thereof when there is a load on the load chain supported by the sheave, and when the axial movement of the movable helical gear is detected by a sensor, the speed of rotation of the electric motor is automatically changed from a higher speed to a lower speed.

摘要： A multispeed winch or gear box wherein an axially-movable gear located on a shaft parallel to the drive shaft is movable by operation of a lift mechanism to be in a first position in engagement with a specific gear train or in a second position out of engagement with the gear train. Further, the winch or gear box can have a gear on the drive shaft with a lip or shoulder which can retain the axially-movable gear in the upper or first position after the lift mechanism has moved the axially movable gear to the first position, and the lift mechanism has been withdrawn. This arrangement will permit the gear box or winch to automatically shift from first speed to second speed to third speed upon reversal of the drive shaft rotation.

摘要： A winch is disclosed which includes at least one rope drum about which a rope is slung as well as a transmission which is disposed between the rope drum and a drive motor. The transmission includes a drive shaft, an output shaft and a gear shifting device for different rope speeds. A stop brake is provided for the output shaft of the transmission. The gear shifting device is mounted between the drive shaft and the stop brake and is configured with respect to the output shaft so that it can be shifted from the second gear down to the first gear via a coupling disc which is actuated by a switching piston.

摘要： A rapid reverse winch has a hollow winding drum and a hydraulic motor to a first side of the drum. A drive shaft extends inwardly from the motor and is connected to a primary sun gear near the center of the drum. A primary internal gear extends about the primary sun gear. There is a primary planet hub between the primary sun gear and the primary internal gear and a plurality of planet gears rotatably mounted on the primary planet hub are in mesh with the primary sun gear and the primary internal gear. A final drive sun gear to a second side of the drum is connected to the primary planet housing. A non-rotatable final drive housing extends about the final sun gear. There is a final drive planet hub between the final drive sun gear and the final drive housing with a plurality of planet gears in mesh with the final drive internal gear and the final drive sun gear. A sprag clutch between the drive shaft and the primary internal gear permits rotation between the drive shaft and the primary internal gear when the motor rotates the drum in a winding-in direction. The clutch non-rotatably interconnects the primary internal gear and the drive shaft when the drum is rotated in a reeling-out direction opposite to the winding-in direction.
