摘要: While a controller performs an elevation operation that is at least either an operation of lowering a holder or an operation of raising the holder, the controller (i) calculates a unit elevation amount, which is an amount by which the holder is raised or lowered per unit rotation amount of the drive motor in an elevation operation range that is a range of heights of the holder in the elevation operation, in accordance with a change in a diameter of an outer circumferential surface of a belt wound around a drum due to winding and unwinding of the belt, and (ii) determines a rotation amount of a drive motor for the elevation operation based on the unit elevation amount.

摘要: A finishing system includes a frame that includes a bath station configured to communicate with an electrode. A hoist supported by the frame is movable into register with the bath station to establish electrical communication between the hoist and a current generated by a power source. The current drives deposition of a coating onto a load carried by the hoist. A drive assembly of the system is supported by the hoist and is operable to rotate a sprocket. The drive assembly includes a rotary conductor electrically coupled to the sprocket and configured to come into electrical communication with the frame. An electrically conductive lifting chain is operable through rotation of the sprocket to lower the load into the bath station. The frame communicates current from the power source to the rotary conductor, and the lifting chain communicates current from the rotary conductor to the load.

摘要: A hoisting assembly for lifting a load into an attic or lowering a load therefrom includes a hoist. The hoist comprises a housing, which has a drum or a lift wheel engaged thereto and positioned in an interior space defined thereby. A suspension module is engaged to and extends from an upper end of the housing. The suspension module can selectively engage a beam so that the housing is suspended from and removably engaged to the beam. A lifting medium is operationally engaged to the drum or the lift wheel and extends from a lower end of the housing. A connector is engaged to the lifting medium distal from the housing. The connector can selectively engage a load so that the load is removably engaged to the lifting medium. The hoist thus is configured to lift the load.

The controller is also configured to provide, wirelessly, a first control signal indicative of the first operation parameter to the first hoist device and provide, wirelessly, a second control signal indicative of the second operation parameter to the second hoist device. The first hoist device operates based on the first control signal and the second hoist device operates based on the second control signal.

摘要: An overhead lift includes a lift strap, a motor, an electromagnetic brake, and a release assembly. The motor includes a rotatable shaft coupled to the lift strap. The electromagnetic brake is coupled to the rotatable shaft and has an engaged state and a disengaged state. The release assembly is engaged with the electromagnetic brake. The release assembly incudes a release lever engaged with the electromagnetic brake and a release strap. The release lever is moveable between a first position and a second position, wherein the release lever switches the electromagnetic brake to the disengaged state when in the second position. The release strap is coupled to the release lever. Tensioning of the release strap moves the release lever from the first position to the second position thereby switching the electromagnetic brake to the disengaged state.

摘要: A lifting cabinet includes a transmission assembly and a power unit for raising and lowering a shelf. The transmission assembly comprises a first transmission unit, comprising a screw rod which is connected with a driving device and a sliding piece which is connected with the lifting shelf, and the sliding piece is coupled to the screw rod. The screw rod rotates under the action of the driving device and drives the sliding piece to move back and forth along the axis of the screw rod; and then the sliding piece drives the lifting shelf to move up and down. For the lifting cabinet and the power unit thereof, the transmission assembly converts a rotary motion outputted from the driving device into a linear motion through the cooperation between the screw rod and the sliding piece, and a greater axial force is thereby outputted. Thus, a relatively small motor with a lower output torque can be used in the lifting cabinet to drive a lifting shelf of the same weight when compared to the conventional lifting cabinet, and the problem of large motor in conventional lifting cabinet taking up too much space is thereby solved.
