摘要: Disclosed herein is a silane-modified polypropylene copolymer having a silicon content of 1% to 5% by weight, an enthalpy of fusion of 20 J/g to 35 J/g, and a melt viscosity at 170° C. of 500 MPas to 4500 MPas, and a process for preparing the same. Further disclosed is a reactive hot-melt adhesive formulation that includes the silane-modified polypropylene copolymer and a process for the adhesive bonding of substrates.

摘要: Provided are an adhesive resin composition having high adhesiveness and high strength in acid resistance, and a laminate including the same. Provided is an adhesive resin composition including an acid-modified polyolefin resin component (A) having a weight average molecular weight of 30,000 or more and 150,000 or less, a resin component (B) having an epoxy group in a molecule, a resin component (C) having an amino group at a molecular end, and a solvent (5), in which a content of the resin component (B) is 1 part by mass or more and 30 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the acid-modified polyolefin resin component (A), and a content of the resin component (C) is 0.5 parts by mass or more and 15 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the acid-modified polyolefin resin component (A).

An adhesive resin laminate having at least a first adhesive layer and a second adhesive layer, in which the first adhesive layer includes a base resin and a crosslinking agent, the base resin is a modified polyolefin resin, the crosslinking agent is an epoxy-based compound, the second adhesive layer includes a polyolefin-based resin, and when an adhesion initiation temperature of the first adhesive layer is set to T1, and an adhesion initiation temperature of the second adhesive layer is set to T2, T2 is higher than T1 by 30° C. or more.

摘要: Disclosed is an adhesive composition having components (A), (B) and (C): Component (A): modified polyolefin-based resin, Component (B): polyfunctional epoxy compound, and Component (C): imidazole-based curing catalyst. Also provided is a sealing sheet composed of two release films and an adhesive layer sandwiched between the release films, wherein the adhesive layer is made by using the adhesive composition and has a thermosetting property. Also disclosed is a sealed body obtained by sealing a seal subject with the sealing sheet. The adhesive composition has excellent adhesion strength, a sealing sheet made by using the adhesive composition and having an adhesive layer is excellent in sealing performance, and a sealed body obtained by sealing a seal subject with the sealing sheet.

摘要: Disclosed is a hot melt adhesive comprising: (A) a thermoplastic block copolymer which is a block copolymer of a vinyl-based aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene compound; and (B) an amorphous wax modified with a carboxylic acid and/or a carboxylic anhydride. The hot melt adhesive is excellent in applicability at a low temperature near from about 140° C. to about 150° C. and excellent in creep resistance in a wet state, can reduce odor, is excellent in initial adhesive force, and is excellent in adhesive property (peel strength) to an olefin substrate. This hot melt adhesive can be used suitably so as to produce a disposable product.
